I just went in for my SCHEDULED oil change. When scheduling my appointment I was asked if I was going to wait for my vehicle and said yes. When I arrived promptly at 3pm for my SCHEDULED appointment was told the wait time was 3 hours. No thank you....you will not have my business or anyone in my family's business. We own 3 Hondas and have purchased a total of 5 in the past. First and last experience with this dealership.

Mehdi Zoghbi is a talented and compassionate person. Immediately responds to emails, texts and phone calls. Goes out of his way to serve his costumers! One costumer had his check delayed due to huge volumes being processed and had to leave for a meeting. Mehdi delivered his check to his house which was about 20 minutes away! On top of that he also dropped me home! I would definitely always recommend dealing with him and if I have any friends selling their cars I will send them directly to him. Give this man a raise! I give up! Finally I have decided to break ties with this awful Honda store. I was always only marginally satisfied with the service department (the advisors were great when you were able to catch one), but this time I've had it. Made an appointment to drop the car off at the end of the day and leave it with them for tomorrow's entirety, to do a scheduled maintenance. Waited for over 25 minutes to get checked in but it seemed the service advisors were all tied up, prioritizing folks picking up their vehicles (although I didn't see anyone). During the last half of the wait I reminisced about the disappointments I've endured in the past, including no call backs, no authorization for extra work and no notification of parts for a recall and a poor option install. The workers are great but it's obvious the management and ownership could care less. Bye, bye. Plenty more Honda stores to give my money to. After reading their "canned" response I would say why not reach out to me to try to make it up? You have my number. All B/S. Exactly why I won't spend any more money there.

I had stopped buying cars from dealership 20 years ago because of the games, the pressure, the lack of transparency and dishonesty. I went to a few dealers recently and it seems like things are even worse now. But, I was referred to Honda Lewisville, and oh boy, did they surprise me! Through extensive research I confirmed that they were being honest and transparent with me in regards to their options and prices - hard thing for dealership. They were easy to work with, accommodating, helpful, and most importantly - honest! The process went smooth for me, and when we were done, I was extremely happy with the outcome. I took my vehicle because the A/C was blowing hot air. My advisor was Michael Malone. He got my vehicle in and the A/C serviced. They then did a multi point inspection on my vehicle and suggest several repairs. Some needed to be done asap. He found a good price for the parts and we had the repairs done. Vehicle drives much better now. Michael answered his phone every time I called with a status update. Great job to the team at Honda Lewisville.

I had a decent experience with AutoNation Honda of Lewisville when I recently purchased my "new to me" vehicle. My sales guy Nahmir was fantastic and did everything he could to get me the deal I wanted when I went in. It did take some time between my deal and getting to finance which was a little frustrating but expected. I spent five hours at the dealership. The only issue I have is getting my car fixed from what was promised to me. I have had my car in the shop 3 times now and still have to take back again to replace a broken clip and buff out one more scratch on the vehicle. Nahmir has been great working with my schedule to get these items taken care of but I think there could be better communication between the body shop/service and the sales team to get things done in one stop.

Walk away immediately. This dealership is beyond unethical, deceiving and unprofessional to say the least. They do not own up to their employees mistakes and take advantage of those who act on good faith to do the right thing to get matters resolved. All of this is completely true and everyone should know how things are handled on a customer level. I ask that you look at all reviews and definitely take your vehicle to get a 2nd opinion if you're actually considering of buying from this dealership. Two months ago, my husband and I found a RAM 2500 turbo diesel that was supposedly a steal. Our car sales representative was Doug. I will have to say he acted as if he really emphasized with our situation and that my husband was disabled when helping us through the buying process. Within the first two weeks my husband living in Roxton and I living in DFW texted Doug and told him there was a check engine light for the turbo diesel. When sharing images by text. Doug went to his master technician and asked him about our inquiry. He was asked if it flashed and we told him no it comes on and off. Doug stated his master technician sad nothing to worry about. ?????? Next when visiting on only weekends and riding as a passenger I noticed more small items wrong. I told my husband to ask Doug where to take the vehivle. Doug sent us 90 miles from our land where my husband took to Greenville Nissan and was told by the service dept they can't help. ( master technician from Honda Autonation) recommended Nissan to do the work. During this time my husband asked if we could just take to a Dodge dealership that would covered under warranty for this truck. Doug stated he would ask and get back with my husband. After some more texts messages and getting moved from Garland to Roxton, my husband takes to the next closest dealership in Paris which is 30 miles away. Here we are told there are many different internal issues needing repairs such as: One of them having to do with the turbo diesel engine, rotors, brakes, back left shock is leaking and the u joints need to be replaced. Windshield wiper fluid box is cracked. (Just to a few things) Now you tell me they did an inspection on this 49k vehicle. The entire time Doug expressing, no problem you have a 90 day certified guarante. Finally, we take to the dealership in Paris and we've had it there since last Wednesday and Autonation says it's over the mileage allowed of 4k by 86 miles. Hmmm.....I wonder why??? Maybe because we went on a wild goose chase taking it to the dealership in Greenville where they can't help us. Autonation will not help us and said there is nothing they can do. So you're not going to evaluate the entire process that my disabled husband tried the entre time to get a straight answer ? We live 100 miles feom this dealership. It's not we can just drive everywhere to get answers. Your ethical practices and not homing in to do the right thing is completely unacceptable and unethical working with those with disabilities. We believed your team of experts and the reviews you have posted would demonstrate your true character. I know all things are possible with prayer and I really do hope this message brings awareness to unethical and unfair practices. Turn away and find your next vehicle somewhere that a dealership honors your money and stays true to their word. Last week I spoke to the GM in person, Richard Arrendo and he had nothing to do with us nor want to make any effort to help. I asked for the regional who is Jim Stigliano and was told last Friday that this was a no brainer and should rightfully be approved for the inconvenience. I was told it would be possible just needed time. Got a call today from Ali the sales manager, corporate will not approve. Over 86 miles. Why are we going through all this for being mislead by your master technician, sales rep and now by your entire staff? This place needs to be inspected for fair housing practices as well as from the corporate office. People should be held responsible for their actions and yall should do the right thing

June 2022:. I recently took my Pilot in for minor repair. Service was great...Ryan diagnosed the issue and the repair was quick and at reasonable cost. Very happy. My previous visits to AutoNation Honda we're bad (see below), BUT this latest visit was much better. My call was answered, my service assistant, Ashlan, was present, sharp and helpful. The service work went well. And checkout was quick and easy. The only complaint is that they tried to sell me $800 worth of work I didn't need. Rediculous ! But this is par for the course, unfortunately. Sept 2021: I tried for a week to get thru to the service dept. No answer, no returned call. I finally got someone at the front desk to go back at find a rep to call me ( James). When I showed up for my appt, James was not there and noone else could find my appt in the system. I had to wait around until he showed up to drop off the car. There were other problems, but these are my main issues.

the body shop is a total scam. brought in car for ac issue. they replaced the ac compressor a year ago due to bulletin that was put out it was bad. literally a year later and same issue pops up and they’re trying to charge me $4500. I took it to firestone and they fixed it for $316. do not get any repairs done at this body shop. they tried to upsell me on like 5 dif issues I didn’t even bring it in for. they must not have noticed I passed inspection a month before bringing it in and none of that stuff was necessary. I told my mom about this and she said to leave a review. older people like her who don’t know better could be taken advantage of and just pay it cause they said so. so here is your warning. this place is a total scam shop and not at all trust worthy to have any repairs or service done

My 2018 Honda Civic had an issue with Air Conditioner. The service team serviced the A/C on 28-April, charged me $166 for diagnosis and said they need to get a spare, until then the AC cannot be repaired. It is now one month since, and I have not heard any update from the service agent. Texts are not answered, Any calls to call center are not much of use. It has been a very frustrating experience with Autonation Honda Lewisville. Pathetic service.

I came in for an oil change for my ‘22 civic sport and was needing to get it done before leaving on a road trip. Ryen in service went ahead and took care of everything for me. After the oil change, he let me know I was missing a part (that wasn’t entirely necessary). I still wanted to know how to get it replaced so he helped me the entire way and told me which parts I needed to order and outlined step by step how to go about it since I know nothing about cars. Good sales and service team Hannah was courteous and kind enough to walk through the sales process. She made sure that I get the car and color I wanted. She stretched that extra hours after 9 PM in spite of personal reasons and sale process completed at 10.30 PM. Hood open alarm started going off every 5 minutes and I could not have my car at my apartment. I could not get an appointment and drove in at least to drop the car. Ashley welcomed me and listened to my issue and was ready to take the car in. She told me that she can get it ready in 2 days as it was Saturday. But to my surprise I got call in 4 hours that my car is ready. Not sure what to say but Ashley is exceptional in providing customer service. Kudos!!!

The service here use to be amazing but here lately it is crap. First, you will wait 30-45 minutes to be helped even when you have an appointment. There are several advisors not doing anything. It seems as if the only one working is James, the elder of them all. They ordered a tire for my car over a week ago. We’ve been trying to get in touch with them to find out if it’s in or not. No one answers. We’ve left numerous messages for James and the service manager with no return calls. Finally, some one in parts transfers is to James who leaves us on an endless hold because he states he has a client in front of him. This place has turned into a total dump. I saw it but had faith that they would still provide service like in the past. Staff shortages are real but it doesn’t make you provide awful service to long lasting and repeated clients. I’m DONE!!! Please do not use them. Save yourself from a headache!!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this place is the worst being in military and away from home me and my wife had to buy another vehicle but 3 days after we bought a truck I started having problems it start showing a message to service 4wd, called them and send the truck back in for three weeks they never updated me whenever I would call to check the status they would leave me on hold till i would hang up or they wouldn’t answer they just didn’t care i had to call autonation costumer service just so they could call me back to update me. Suleman and Darius (avoid them specifically) were people who i talk to and after they sold the truck I would call them they would say same thing over and over that they would call me back personally and update wich they never did. I know that this review will not change your mind if u like a vehicle here but please double think before you put yourself through that.

I have had a very positive experience with AutoNation Honda Lewisville. They’re very professional with their service and explains each and everything in detail. The prices are competitive enough so that you can get your vehicle serviced at Honda every time and they will also track the maintenance health of your vehicle and let you know of any upcoming services that your vehicle might require. They use to have walkins on weekdays & Apt. only on weekends but seems like they now have appointment only for weekdays and weekends.

My SUV wouldn't start so we got it to the dealership near us. We tried phoning to ensure we could still bring in our vehicle as it was evening time however this particular AutoNation Honda is very short-staffed and no one from the service department was able to pick up the phone any of the 8 times we tried calling. When we brought the car into the service area, the service manager was friendly and helpful and assured us that our SUV would be well taken care of and inspected. The daytime service manager told us she would keep us in the loop and share updates of how the service was going with our vehicle. She did not reach out with any updates on her end, we were the ones who had to reach out to this dealership each time to check the status of our SUV. (again, this issue may be due to them being so short-staffed?) When I reached out a final time to Honda to see the status of my vehicle, they did send a shuttle to pick me up in a timely fashion. Upon starting the process to pick up my SUV from service, the daytime service manager was thorough and apologized for the long wait and lack of customer support/assistance with answering their phones. She went over clearly, what service was done to my SUV, what was recommended, and even went as far to share what services we have left on the warranty we have. Overall, we give this dealership 3-stars: the lack of customer support and no one answering phones is problematic however, once physically in the dealership service area, service was thorough and welcoming.

Went to dealership looking for daughters 1st car. Sean was excellent. Listened to what I wanted and was looking for and showed us what he had available. We went to a few more dealerships and felt so pressured to look at cars over my budget and to get a loan. Several days later went back to Sean, he was just as nice and showed me what he had again. There was a Honda CR-V that he had from a trade in that wasn't ready to go yet but knew if I wasn't in a hurry for it he would make it ready. So we looked at it and drove it. I did buy this car it was a little more than my budget but I felt absolutely no pressure and I felt pure consideration from Sean for getting my daughter a good, safe car. When I picked it up 2 weeks later I was very impressed with the detail make ready and body work that was completed. Sean was so excited to show it to me. Bought a car from here in December 2021. The grille was cracked, and every sales member, manager, and finance man that I spoke to all assured me that they would order the new grille and replace it. A few weeks go by, I call and ask my sales member, she says she'll check. I call again; she says it's on back order. I call weeks later and get the run around from people. But surprise, I have not gotten a single call back. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Bought a car from here in December 2021. The grille was cracked, and every sales member, manager, and finance man that I spoke to all assured me that they would order the new grille and replace it. A few weeks go by, I call and ask my sales member, she says she'll check. I call again; she says it's on back order. I call weeks later and get the run around from people. It was not good experience. No one cared to talk at reception. When I reached at service station, there was no one to talk. I reached there on my scheduled time and had to call service center number to inform that I am waiting for 15 mins, then a service person appeared. The car was taken for inspection at around 10:30 morning and told they would inform me by text. Next day I had to call to check status as no one cared to inform what is going on. After calling I was told they can't say when but someone will contact me. Later I got a call and was informed they are still working on diagnosis and I should be able to get report after sometime. Later, I was told they have report ready but they can't repair as they did not have parts and it may take couple of days. I was not satisfied by service anyway. I went to service center (after informing and fixing time) and again no one there to talk. Even after informing the same service personal that I am there waiting, he did not bother to talk to me for 30 mins and later came and told he forgot that I was waiting. He did not explain what is in report and took me to make desk. I requested to explain the diagnosis reports before I make any payment and then he explained. To me it's poor customer service.

This particular dealership doesn’t even deserve a single star. I just had two back to back horrid experience at this establishment. Two weeks back I booked an appointment to get my starter replaced and get the oil change done. As per my appointment I reached there at 8am that’s when my service advisor, Cynthia checked me in and told me that she’ll give me an update on the car by noon. Didn’t get any update or any response until 1:30pm. That’s when I came down to the dealership myself. Upon arrival she told me that they don’t have the part and couldn’t get me one until next week. This information could’ve been provided when I dropped the car or even a few hours later but she failed. Additionally, I have a premium warranty on the car which covers just about all the parts and also oil changes. Despite of telling her to call the claims department, she never made the call and handed me the bill for $350. You would hope that there sloppiness would end there but to my surprise the technician claimed he changed oil for my car but forget to reset the meter. I left the establishment at 3pm. Despite the awful exp, I was super polite and left the service station. Made the second appointment and dropped my car. This time I made sure she would run my warranty and get the problem sorted. I even stayed back she can tell me if the part is available. However, she asked me to go to the parts department to check myself. After waiting for ten minutes in the line I left. She also told me that she won’t be doing my claims that day although it was super early in the day because she don’t want to come in to work the next day. 🤦♂️ After a whole day it was the same result, took the car and scheduled appointment at another place and got the car in two hours paying just $100 compared to the bill Cynthia gave me which was $958. Hands down the worst team in the whole dfw area, from the service manager to associates every single person is having a party. I highly advised the community to do themselves a favor and go elsewhere.

So I have had bad experience to purchase my car here. I traded in my car for 36k (which i still own 28k)and trying to buy a car for 37k. But somehow I end up paying $40k with everything, there are a lot of mark up fee and hidden fee. I did feel like I got trick into purchasing some warranty that I don’t need. And they did not explain to me anything very well and just said we will take care of you. Anyway, I would never buy a car from this dealership anymore. Do not tell them your budget or they will take advantage of that! And make sure you pay all of that! And I am not sure what they can do to fix this.

Why did I even waste my time. No communication. I show up for my scheduled appointment and they could not find me in there system. I wasn't told how long it would be. They didn't ask if I wanted to wait or get a ride home. I figured an hour at most. Three hours later, I had to start asking where my car is. There was one service advisor with like 20 stacks of customers papers on his desk and the other two advisors have one or two. I think my car was done within the hour, but this service advisor was so far behind in entering the orders into the computer that I had to wait for him. It didn't seem that busy. I think it was just his inability to effectively use a computer. I literally walked around the show room and the car lot this entire time. Never had a single salesperson ask me any questions. I am an impulse shopper and probably would have bought a car. I even asked a salesman for the price of a truck that didn't have a price tag. It took him over 20 minutes to find out. With the pandemic, I would assumed the sharks would have been more hungry.... Lost sale and customer for life.

Not even close, we waited over 2 hours to get into the finance office and when finally in there, the man blamed the salesman. A year ago I had a good experience here. but this time, absolutely ZERO STARS. I was called by Numair Masud (a sales associate) and told I could trade in my lease and purchase the same make/model/year with 12,000 less miles and not change my payment. I made an appointment and showed up. Typical sales pitch (bait and switch, but I fall for it anyway) and I agree to trade in my lease for a new accord, and we agree on a payment. Half hour later Numair says he messed up and that he couldn't actually do that deal (that we had agreed to!). But he says that the used one (same year/make/model as mine we originally spoke about, a reverse bait and switch I guess) is still available and he can still do THAT deal. Ok i agree. Then he jacks up the price on THAT car. An hour later he finally agrees to the deal he promised me originally and finally shows me the car and guess what? NOT THE SAME MODEL. My current car has the bigger 2.0 engine. Numair acts as though he is shocked. By this time I have been at the dealership for 2.5 hours. I leave. Because I am angry. Numair texts me to say "I'm sorry. I will make it up to you by honoring the deal I originally made for you. I'll find a new accord 2.0 sport and will absolutely honor the deal." Days later? NOTHING. Then he texts me he has a new 2022 accord 2.0 that he can lease me for same terms as my existing lease. I say ok. and then a week later he tells me he cannot do that deal now either. Numair is a snake and I am ashamed for Autonation Honda Lewisville. Please, go anywhere else.

I bought a car from here about 2 years ago and in need of another so came here yesterday 3/30/22 for a test drive. I called ahead to check the status of the vehicle, because I live an hour away, and was told it was still available. Upon arrival, Stephanie checked with her manager and she informed me that the manager said the car was in the shop and therefore not available. I asked when it will be and she just said that the shop updates them every four hours so she didnt have an answer till then. It was about 5pm when I arrived. I told her I wanted to purchase it cash so I wanted to put something down or at least get the paperwork going to ensure I would get it. She went back to check with her manager after I told her what I wanted to do and she came back to tell me that the manager said the car was not available anymore because the "engine blew out". I really don't understand what happened and I had an hour drive back home so I just left. The car is still available online from when I checked today so I just wanted to share this terrible experience. Very disappointed.

My mother took her car here for an oil change and left with a long list of needed repairs. They told her that the cars head gasket was leaking and needed to be fixed immediately. She took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion and he stated the head gasket had no signs of ever leaking and none of the other suggested repairs needed to be done. Dion, in Sales, ensured me they had a truck on the way with a vehicle I could reserve by deposit. I went in, met with Jonah (also in Sales), and put a deposit on the vehicle. Johan called within 2 weeks to let me know the vehicle had arrived. I went in first thing in the morning to test drive and purchase. Within two hours I was sitting with Taylor in Financing and was off the lot less than an hour later. Let me tell you, these guys are the real deal. As for my purchase, I felt the asking price for the truck I purchased, as well as the amout I received for my trade-in, was fair. Overall, a fairly good experience until I was ready to drive off the lot. Instead of receiving the customary two sets of keys, I was told there was only one set. Because it's a smart key, that meant I'd have to spend an additional several hundred dollars for another key. Had I known prior to then, I certainly would have negotiated it into the deal. Needless to say, I was very disappointed it was handled in that way.

My husband and I bought a new 2022 Honda Civic EX-L. We live 3 hours away and called at least 15 dealerships in the state of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Autonation Lewisville, by far, gave us the best deal. T.J (our salesman) was wonderful to work with. The General Manager (Richard Arredondo) was even super friendly and accomodating to us considering how far we lived. The only thing I wish we could have changed (which honestly wasn't a big deal at all) was the amount of time we waited to finishing signing papers especially since we already had our own financing and all our paperwork turned in prior to arriving. But, once we got back into the finance office, everyone was super friendly. Overall, I would definitely buy another vehicle from T.J and this dealership. We were very pleased.

Let me share my story. I bought for my daughter a pre-owned Ford Focus from AutoNation Lewisville. In March, a sensor went out which impacted the ability for the car to go into reverse. We all know about the chip shortage around the world. Well the sensor was on National backorder with no availability date. The team at AutoNation Honda Lewisville allowed me to take full trade in for a pre-owned Honda civic. Many dealers would have not allowed that, seen many stories on Reddit. Ashlyn Krueger is an amazing service advisor. However, their high prices are rising by the day. We have always taken our Hondas there, but have to consider other options now. A simple oil change is now $75.75, and to simply change spark plugs, they now want $500.00! FIVE HUNDRED to unscrew old spark plugs and screw in new ones? In an old Honda only worth around $1400? MAJOR Gouging. Before you take a car there, call in to check the current price of what you need! 2 (TWO) Stars out of 5. 😠

They have great service advisers, but technicians need more training, I took in my car 3 times for an oil leak, the 3rd time they told me that leak wasn’t related to the last repair and charged me another 1290.00, and It still leaking oil, I’m afraid to take it in one more time and they tell me again that, the leak, it has now it isn’t related to the last repair and charge me another thousand plus. Not happy at all.

My car buying experience was amazing due to the help of my Sales guy Suleman and Finance Manager Michael. I bought new Honda Pilot 2022 a few days back. I was tricked and was sold a six-year Honda Care "Sentinal" plan by portraying its bumper-to-bumper warranty and maintenance plan (VSC and Maintenance plan together). When I came home I saw its just Sentinal plan, and covers only oil-changes (and a few roadside and concierge services that I don't need). Basically, I didn't want Sentinal plan, and would not buy it for the price that I paid. Manager from finance deceived me with the below lies to trick me into it: 1. I can get a Honda Care plan only at the time of buying the car. 2. It can't be cancelled or refunded once bought. 3. It's a bumper-to-bumber warranty and maintenance plan. I called Honda Care and found out that this is not true. They said they can cancel it and refund me full amount before 60 days, but it's not showing up yet on the system as it's not yet processed from dealer's side. So I should ask dealer to cancel it. But I am trying to reach the dealer's finance department and no luck. I even left a message for finance manager but did not get a response. The sales process was good and smooth, but dealing with finance department has left a bad after-taste and cost me money as well.

Be really careful when you do business with them. They are crooks. The sold me a 2018 Honda Accord with 56098 miles on it. When we signed the paper the mileage stated was 51656. I asked if everything was double check and they said of course. After 45 miles I noticed the vehicle was not worth 26K. Went back and I told them that I wasn’t happy and I will like to use the 5 days or 250 miles used card money back. I was told that I drove 5,000 in 1 day and that deal is gone. I told I have proof that the vehicle had only be driven 45 miles. I pulled the state inspection they left inside the vehicle with the correct mileage, once I showed them the documents they were speechless and ran inside the office. They tried to bully me in keeping the vehicle saying it my fault for not checking and since I signed documents the vehicle is mine and they have nothing to do with it. I wonder how many people they screwed over because they were not willing to stand up to a crooked GM

My service advisor Ryen Levi was the BEST, he always keep me updated on my vehicle during the time I took it in for maintenance. He very up front and honest with me every time I go in for service. I had a bad experience in the past with service on numerous occasions but when got Ryen one day I told myself and Ryen that I’ll continue to come back as long as Ryen can be my service advisor. So, if you ever need service ask for Ryen Levi or schedule online and request him Ryen Levi.

I have to give Suleman huge props. I work in training and development for a customer service type role, and have extremely high expectations for service. Needless to say, I came to AutoNation Lewisville from a long line of dealerships that left me feeling discouraged and taken advantage of. One even had the gumption to run my credit 10 different times. 😤Before even meeting me, Suleman went above and beyond to do everything he could to gain my business. He knew what I wanted and didn’t try to haggle my bottom line. When another dealership tried to steal our business( and the car he had worked so hard to get for me), he maintained professionalism and worked extremely hard to ensure we felt taken care of. In this market, it’s very easy to go into a dealership and feel like a walking commission check. Suleman not only got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted, he made the entire deal seamless from top to bottom. I can’t thank him and the management / finance team at AutoNation Lewisville for the superior service. Will definitely be returning.

Trash dealership with trash vehicles and employees, My jeep broke down 4 hours after leaving the lot. They tried not paying for repairs even though I had a dealer warranty. After fighting with the GM Ali, they only repaired partial; even though this Jeep was a Certified used car with a Texas inspection that requires safety inspection , Jeep was not safe for the road.

I recently bought a 2011 Mazda CX-9 from them and about a week after I did this I was swarmed with scam calls. The ones about " We have been trying to contact you about you cars extended warranty" type calls. Originally I didn't think anything of it. Today however I received not one but two letters in the email about about my cars extended warranty. Here is the kicker. Both letters mention the exact car that I bought. A 2011 Mazda CX-9. Now I bought the car with cash. The only way these scammers could have gotten my address, phone number, name, and the car I recently bought is from Autonation. I didn't finance through them or a outside company so there is no one else with that type of information. To add insult to injury ever since I bought the Car I have been receiving text messages from these "Hot Singles In Your area" scammers as well. Don't your car elsewhere or they will sell your information to scammers.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But I truly believe I need to. Look, during these Covid19 times, I get it. Inventory is low and no one is truly offering a discount, but that isn't my gripe. I feel deceived and lied to, after agreeing on everything and waiting about 3-4 weeks for the car to arrive from the Manufacturer. In a nutshell, they told me they would give me XXX amount for my trade in, and they will pay off my remaining balance of 2K. I was told multiple times during the negotiation process. By the salesman and by the Sales Manager. "We will give you X value, and we will pay off the remaining balance with no impact to the value we gave you" Seems pretty straight forward and I was happy with what was promised to me. The day came when the car was finally available. I go to the dealer and they pull out the quote and everything was smooth sailing. I agree and I say, great, lets get this moving. So I am now sitting with the finance rep. Keep in mind, I show up at 130pm and it is now 430PM by this point. Hes going through the numbers and he says. Is there a payoff I said, Yes, its this and I was promised that the value to put into the new car will not be affected as they will pay off the remaining balance separately (By the way the total value of the car if they just gave me what they promised me, wouldve still been about 300 USD lower than what carmax was wiling to give me, I wanted to trade in to save on taxes). Finance guy says...I was not informed by this..he goes to his boss, and he comes back and said..we cant do that. I call the salesguy I was working with, he knocks at the finance guys door, and the salesguy says..yes we told him that. But the finance guy tells the sales guy in front of me...we cant do what you told this guy. Im upset at this point, because of all the waiting and now we are at the finish line, Im being told pretty much what was promised to me is not happening. Im walking out clearly upset, sales guy says..Ill call my manager he isnt here...we will work this out. Only to be texted an hour or so later that technically they cant do what they promised me. RIght here...This right here..is one of the reasons why so many people hate dealing with car folks!!! Finance guy kept saying its a miscommunication. That isnt a miscommunication. That is straight deceiving a potential buyer, hoping that I would be stupid and emotional and just go with whatever they say. I know with covid we are all struggling, but this place left a really bad taste in my mouth and I feel lied to and my time wasted. Go somewhere else!!!

Stopped in at Autonation late one day during holidays, New Years Eve when they only had 2 service advisors working and one of them Michael Malone, was kind enough to help me out. Although I had to leave my car overnight he made sure I could get a ride home and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up the next day. Repair wasn’t a quick fix as I needed a new starter. Michael has helped me in the past and I find him to be honest and thorough. I only get my car serviced at this same dealership.

i purchased a car from this dealership. sale department and fiance manager are great. the service department is horrendous. my car ended having some minor issues that needed repair. so i took the car in and they said it will need to stay for a few days. which is fine. 2 days pass by with no updates. i called and called finally someone responded and then im told they will need my car for until Monday or Tuesday. this is on Thursday that im being told this. im over here paying for a rental now, because the dealership will not provide a loaner. even though they are keeping my car for a week. so fast forward to Monday, i called 8 times and received no information on my car. one lady took my info on the 8th call. no call back. here i am Tuesday morning. from 8:30 til 10am. i have called 6 times and no one response. this crap is pathetic. calling 14 times and no response. the only reponse i got the first time was that my service is on vacation and that the person cant help me. she puts me through the manager and his phone line goes to voice mail. actually i don't even think they have a manager. because every time you call to get an update on your car. the call goes to his phone and the dude never ever answers the phone

Went to get oil change/tire rotation. Arrived early for my 10:20 am appt. took about 30 mins then they got my truck back there to start on it. Not bad for a wait at dealership. Well a hr passes so I start walking around and see that my truck is on the lift, cool any second now. Wait another 30 mins and see it’s in the parking lot awesome it’s done. NOPE. Mr not so friendly and smart alic mike Malone says oh yeah your oil pan plug is stripped so we can’t change your oil. Ok. Did you rotate tires at least? No we can’t work on your truck. So your telling me my truck was back there for almost 2 hrs for nothing. Because “plug was stripped”. Wait it gets better. Was told that I need to go to the shop that changed oil last time and tell them it’s stripped. Ok no problem that’s my usual go to. And what ya know they get up under the truck and the plug comes right out. Hm. But I’m waiting for them to call me back. I have left mike Malone direct vmail to his number but no return. Cause it’s time for them to get me back in and make it right. But yeah only reason i came here is cause I had free oil changes and it is the closest autonation. I’ve had one done here a few years ago and it was so much better. Not sure what changed but y’all Need to figure it out.

AutoNation Honda Lewisville - will be contacting BBB as well. An absolute nightmare of an experience would rate negative stars if I could. This is quite the review, and honestly unbelievable if I had not experienced it myself. On 12/8 I decided to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee's value on KBB as I am getting married next month and it's a vehicle we will no longer need. I was just seeing what I could get for the vehicle to get an idea, with no real goal in mind. Now when they say care salesman are sleezy, unethical, immoral, xxxx bags, "they" were describing Medhi at Auto Nation Honda. Medhi called me on 12/8 to express interest in my Jeep. I told him on the phone that I live in Florida for work, and the Jeep was kept in Texas so any sale would involve me flying to Texas to bring the Jeep to AutoNation. Medhi kept in contact via text message (which I have saved and will be sending to AutoNation franchise HQ, as well as the General Manager), Medhi text me on the morning on 12/9 and asked what offers I had on the Jeep already, because "they had extremely low Jeep inventory" (hold on to that thought). I explained I had one offer for $22.5k from a dealership that was 3 hours away from Dallas, so if he could beat or match it I would gladly come to him. Medhi explained via text message that he would "match or beat that price" and that he "agreed to purchase the Jeep". I explained to Medhi that I would have to purchase a plane ticket to sell the Jeep, and confirmed I had a theoretical "deal", Medhi agreed. I checked in with Medhi before I purchased my plane ticket, as well as throughout the week leading up to Friday 12/17. Medhi continually confirmed he wanted the Jeep at $22.5k, I even messaged him on the way to the airport the morning of 12/17 just to confirm once more, which he did. As I land in Houston, Tx at my layover I get a text from Medhi that read "Sorry, management no longer is interested in your Jeep, they said we have enough Jeep inventory".... I was in absolute shock, and I had one more plane to catch to get to Dallas. When I landed in Dallas I drove straight to AutoNation Lewisville where they had no Jeep inventory at all, and Medhi explained that this whole situation was my fault, and that "I should not be stressed since I flew here, did not drive"... I asked to speak to Medhi's boss, which he replied "no". I went office by office until I found Chris, the sales boss. Now Chris, Janet, and the rest of the upper management were great and attempted to fix the situation. I spent the next day traveling across Dallas to try and get a deal close to what Medhi had made me fly all the way out to Dallas for. After wasting an entire day, I could not get an offer close to Autonation. I went back to AutoNation and they finally agreed to purchase the Jeep for $4k less than the original offer, which I had to pay $700 out of pocket to cover the remainder of the loan, $1,000 in plane tickets, and the worst buying experience of my life. I have saved the text messages and learned a valuable lesson in NEVER trust a car salesman's word, especially ones named Medhi from Autonation Lewisville. PLEASE stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere.

I regret buying a vehicle with them. They never call you back and they don't care to help out their customers. Been trying to speak to someone for over 2 months, left messages and no one bothers to return the call. In the facility, the employees just walk by and don't even acknowledge you, only one older gentleman asked me if I was being helped. Worst experience ever, their customer service is the worst. I will never purchase another vehicle there.

I went into AutonNation Honda after speaking to Janet on the 14th of December for prices of civic sports 2022s. After agreeing that they she would be able to come close to a price range that I had in mind, I decided to head on in. Interaction was good, I was told most cars were booked, to fill out a credit app, and they’ll put me on a list to see if someone canceled, and I was also told what the out door number would be. I agreed, filled out an application and left, being told I’d be contacted once car comes. I got a phone call a hour later from a Sales manager saying they had a used civic sport, also 2022 with 3500 miles at another location they could match the finance numbers with. I agreed upon it and headed on in. Once I got there I was shown the total price for the vehicle, and it was marked up by 4500 from the total price of new. I stated my differences and how I wouldn’t be able to move forward due to the huge discrepancies between the price. She stated it was a market mark up, I said no thank you, I’ll wait for the new one. On my way home, I get home, and I got a phone call from Janet stating they got the exact car (2022 accord special edition sonic grey) I wanted and after working out the numbers it would be $4000 down. after asking specifics on the numbers, I agreed without negotiation. I stated to Ali, due to the original deal for the civic of 2k down, and now 4K down for the accord, I needed a week to come up with 4k( I had to cash crypto, they don’t take bitcoin) I was able to give some money down ($1700) and the rest ($2300) by next week. Ali agreed. I stopped by the Dealership the next morning (15th) to drop off $700 with my credit card (s) to show I was serious, with a promise to bring in 1k cash in a few hours when I got the chance. When I showed up at 5:50, I was brushed off by the finance manager to bring the money altogether later “ as they don’t collect a little bit of money at a time” I told him about the agreement Ali and I had, and I’d rather they have the money in their position as that would complete my part of the the initial agreement. after a half hour of no response. I approached an agent, and was told “she doesn’t know she was just helping earlier” and to ask the manager. I went to the manager and he said he was sorry it was taking long but he “only had 2 people.” I did tell him I understand and I was just here to drop off money and it’s taking forever. He said he would try to hurry up, and proceeded us to wait another 30 mins. In between the wait, a guy approached me and the person that accompanied me with small talk, which led to discussing the vehicles we were seeking out. He mentioned he checked out the car I was purchasing, and was maybe purchasing it. In my mind I thought he was joking as that couldn’t be real, as I was closing on the vehicle. I brushed it off and kept waiting. Then I saw them putting temp tags on the car. I approached the rep who was putting these tags on and I asked him if they sold the vehicle and he said yes I have to talk to the manager. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. These guys really settled on loan terms, took my down payment on a car and sold the same car to someone else in a matter of hours. I already didn’t like dealerships, and now I’m forever scared. I had a new battery installed about a month ago, and it failed within that time. After getting a jump I drove to AutoNation and they replaced my month old battery with a new one no questions asked. I inquired if other customers had similar problems with their new batteries, and they said occasionally a new battery will fail but that’s the exception not the norm. Took about 30 minutes to replace. Very pleased with their service and quick action.

Tried buying 2 different cars from this place one preowned an one brand new , and in both cases everything went fine until they found out I had my own financing.!.! All I needed was a buyers agreement and a title agreement sent to my bank an done deal.!.! They lied multiple times saying they would send the documents but NEVER answered my calls or returned any of them.!.! My suggestion is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FINANCING because once they see that they can’t OVER CHARGE you with there own banks with interest rates then your useless to them.!.! I purchased a VW Tiguan from AutoNation Honda Lewisville yesterday. From the beginning, Sonny made the process so easy by getting me the cost breakdown via email before I even got there. When I got there, I was greeted by two gentlemen that had nothing to do with my purchase, but already knew what I was there for. They already had the car pulled up, my credit run and immediately took my trade in for evaluation. Sonny and Isaiah worked amazing as a team, keeping us entertained while we waiting and made it a very personal and fun experience. They instantly got me where I wanted to be with financing, completely hassle-free. When it came down to signing the paperwork, Andy (the finance manager), was so personable and made that process entertaining as well. All around 5 out of 5 highly recommend. That was, by far, the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Do not buy are vehicle from them, bought a car put 1,200 miles on it and it broke down 1/2 way to my destination. Brought it to a mechanic and he said the oil pan is full of metal flakes. Called the dealership and of course there’s nothing they can do, Apparently if this would have happened within 250 miles or 5 days they would have taken care of it. Terrible experience at this service center. Never even will go there. Waste of time and money. They scheduled my oil change one time and it took 3.5 hrs. Other time they took my van and said it will be done and weh I spoke to the advisor she said it will take few days and I was waiting 2 hrs no pickup and drop off service so I have to bring my van back with out service. Price is too high and terrible experience and terrible service.

We purchased a car in early August with cash for my daughter that is over 18. First: we called to see if a car on the website was there we were told it was. We said we would be right there and arrived 20 minutes later. We got down there and it was sold and gone(so obviously spoken for when we called). Sales tactic that makes me sick. We found car as my daughter needed one so I guess it worked. Congratulations. That in itself was only kind of minor in my mind until stuff started stacking up. Second thing: there was some hail damage on the car that wasn’t disclosed and we did not see until a few weeks after. We were even steered away from another car we were interested in by being told it had hail damage, we never saw that car. We found a vehicle that worked and purchased it. We were told that the plates would be slightly delayed due to covid but her temp tag was good until Early October. I called in late Sept to follow up as we still had heard nothing. Without checking I was told that the plates were not in and would likely be in the second week of October just a few days after her tags would expire and she would be ok until then. My daughter then called in October to check on the plates and was told they were not in. She did not know to ask for the temporary tag to be updated nor was it offered. In early November she was pulled over and almost given a ticket for her expired tag. I called again a few days ago to check status and was asked if her tag expired which I replied yes and was told to have her come in AND THEN they would check for her plates. I asked why he couldn’t go check while I was on the phone. To which I got a hesitate ok then silence. Then he said he would call me back but didn’t ask for my number and I asked’” don’t you need my number?” I was told no he had it in a very out out kind of way. At this point I am very irritated but did get the call back, that was not at all friendly, that the plates were in and we could come get them. The next day we stopped by and my daughter went in to collect them but was rudely questioned about if the car was hers (twice) and when her name wasn’t the first on the tags(mine was, different last name) was told they weren’t there. My daughter told her my name and low and behold they were there. No one offered to install the plates so she and I did it. I checked the registration tag when we got home and it was dated effective 8/27/21. I have a hard time believing the plates too an additional 2.5 months to get to the dealership from that date. I will not shop at this dealership ever again.

I’ve left messages on the GM’s phone and texted the “salesman”. No reply! I have salesman in parentheses as he definitely shouldn’t be a salesman. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and I worked at a dealership for 20 years. I can guarantee this would not have happened where I worked!!! It was also a Honda Dealership.

When I first arrived, I saw their posters touting excellent service but I was a bit dubious because, after all, ANYONE could CLAIM that. However, my experience with AutoNation Honda Louisville exceeded what I could’ve hoped for! Their customer service was excellent; they definitely earned their claim! They proved to me that they cared about me as an individual and not just a number. (The Service Manager called me himself to update me on the progress of my car’s repair.) They listened to me, offered suggestions and took good care of me. And they stand behind their work.

At the time I purchased my vehicle, I left a 5-star rating. Excellent pre-sale experience. I had questions, though, immediately after the sale (three of which I had asked at the time of the sale and been promised by Jay that he would get answered). For the last two weeks, I have left over 7 messages to Jay (sales person) and Taylor (sales manager). Jay made 2 post-sale appointments with me and did not show up to either one, and he has not responded to numerous voice mails or emails. After a week of no response from Jay, I followed up with two emails to Taylor and was similarly ignored. Not a single word out of either of them for weeks. Taylor finally responded but did not fully address my questions; it's now been 2 weeks. In other negative reviews, the organization suggests you call the General Manager. This does not work. I have called, chatted on their website and on their Facebook page - no one will provide me with the name and email of this elusive General Manager. And surprise, surprise - the vehicle is now in the shop for over a week without a diagnosis while the warranty ticks away. They seemed tickled to take my cash, but have provided no interest in my concerns following the sale. This lack of customer service is deplorable. I will not be returning to Autonation in Lewisville.

Don't buy a car from this place they will waste your time and lie. They lied on my loan application and wrote whatever they wanted stating I made less than I actually do. They tried to force me to sign over my car before seeing the financial work sheet. Everytime I went in even when I was told I wouldn't have to wait and once I was the only customer there I still waited 2 hrs plus. They tried to say the car was 1000 miles less than what it was so if I bought the car it would be out of warranty as soon as I left if I didn't check. Then they were rude after their mistakes like I did something wrong when it was them. I called the dealer who sold me my car 6 years ago to look over the deal they were giving me and he said it wasn't good in short and gave me the offer I should be getting(he lives in another state so he has no skin in the game). Once I sent it to this dealership they raised the price 3k on the car which is the price of the car new. I was just irritated that they wasted my time and acted so entitled like I was selling them a car.

Worst car buying experience of my life. The financing department in particular was absolutely dreadful. I had provided all of my information up front the day before I went in to finalize the purchase. Even though they had everything they needed, we were still at the dealership for 3.5 hours sitting around waiting -- during which time the ran my credit with a different auto financing company without my authorization and after I told them that I was going with CapitalOne, and that I did not want to look at other offers. When I finally got in the car to drive away, the driver's side window would not go up or down. It aws stuck halfway open. So they had obviously lied about doing a full inspection of the vehicle. When I finally got the car two days later, I found out that the charging port was faulty, and I could not fully charge the car. So I returned the vehicle to the dealer. They claimed that they would "unwined" my auto loan that day and wire the money back to CapitalOne. I called CapitalOne on Monday, two days after I had returned the vehicle, and the dealer had not even been in contact with CapitalOne. I am currently STILL waiting for them to get the financing straight, and I cannot purchase another vehicle until this is done. So now I am having to borrow vehicles for the next 5 to 10 days because this dealership does not know how to do what they promise. Absolute worst purchasing experience of my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER.

had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am for an oil change. I didn’t receive a phone call until 10:55am to go over what they found during their inspection. I’m not sure why it takes 1.5hrs for an inspection on my car when I had an appointment scheduled a week in advanced. They suggested that I get air filters, ethanol corrosion inhibitor, spark plugs and drive belt during this visit. I told them that I got my spark plugs done July of last year (at a Honda dealership at another location) so that shouldn’t need updated, but would go ahead with the filters and the ethanol corrosion inhibitor. She said she would call me back once my car was finished. I never heard back, so I called the dealership at 3:30pm to find out the status of my car. I tried calling the “check on status” operator, but no one answered. I called back and selected “speak with an operator to schedule an appointment” and I was transferred to the associate who was in charge of my car. The operator said that she would also send a message letting them know to call me back if they did not answer. Which no one did and I never received a call back. I decided to go over there at 4:30pm because I still had not heard back and they are not open on Sunday’s and I didn’t want my car to get stuck there until Monday. I showed up and there were 5 associates standing around chatting and no one acknowledged me. I stood there for about 2 minutes before another associate came and asked how he could help. He went back and pulled my paperwork and got the associate that was assigned to me. She came over and apologized to me about the miscommunication. She went on lunch and thought someone else had called me. She proceeded to walk me over to the cashier and went over my paperwork like there was nothing wrong. I asked to speak to someone because this was absolutely ridiculous. They had my car for 7 hours when I had scheduled an appointment and this service shouldn’t have taken that long. Absolutely unacceptable. The customer liaison just apologized and said I hope you can give us another chance. When I asked if they could do anything to keep my business, she simply offered me $30 off my next service. I just wanted to go home at this point so I said sure and paid my bill. We then waited another 7 minutes before they sent someone to retrieve my car. They pulled it around and I noticed that I didn’t even get the complimentary car cleaning that they offer. The car sitting in the bay next to mine was getting hand cleaned by an associate. Looking at the paperwork, I saw that my car was ready to pick up at 11:25pm. My car had been sitting in the direct sun for 5 hours. I will NOT be returning to get my car serviced here at the Lewisville Honda AutoNation nor will I purchase a new car from them. My money will be spent somewhere else where they value customer service.

This place was absolutely horrible. We drove 5 hours for a car, and while we were two hours into our drive we got told the car sold and it was a POS car anyways and that they had something better. We got there and the numbers were way off and our salesman’s Doug was completely rude and unprofessional to us because we didn’t want to pay $200 more a month on top of what we agreed on. He even made a comment about us not being able to afford it and said he didn’t want his time wasted, then got up and left. He also told us about how they are trained to take pictures of cars from 30ft back so you can’t see the damage. Doug was a complete liar about everything!

She is absolutely the best! Cynthia was very helpful, honest and kind. My service took longer than what was expected, but she kept me updated the entire time and truly felt bad that it was taking so long. I was understanding that the staff was doing their best with what they had. Sure I was frustrated, but yelling and getting upset with the staff isn’t going to change anything. It won’t make they work faster, and it won’t make the parts needed arrive sooner. The only thing it does is makes the staffs job harder and more stressful. Just been there to sell my car today. The guy named MEHDI ZOGHBIA , that i was talking over the phone/email lied over the phone about the pricing. The deal was for $9500 on the phone but when i got there in the evening , he blatantly lied and said it was 9000. I really feel pity for this guy. I cannot imagine to lie to feed my family. Felt really sorry for Mr MEHDI ZOGHBIA. I will never recommend anyone to this dealer and especially Mehdi Zoghbia.

I have been to AutoNation Lewisville 3 times. Each time I had the best experience possible. They exceeded my expectations regarding pricing and wait time. I even brought my young son with me and he enjoyed the environment so much that he even asked me when could we go back. They are very professional from booking the appointment to sending you off with a free gift. They completed the work in 2 hours while another dealership location wanted me to drop off my car with them for 3 days. I live 40 miles away but I would always drive to their location and recommend them to anyone that might be needing a service or to purchase a car.

I was told by the answering service when I made my appointment for my that it would be an hour wait. When I arrived at 10:15am for my appointment, I confirmed with Christine that it would be an hour and she told me it would be ready at 12;30 much to my disliking as I had made plans for noon. I let her know that their answering service needs to be better informed on the wait time so they can make their customers aware. Since I had over two hours to kill, I walked over to Target and much to my surprise I received a text from Christine before 11:15am letting me know my car was ready. I scheduled an appointment for a Recall fix. I called the day before to verify times to drop off. When I arrived (after rearranging work schedules), I was told the part was not in. What a waste of a customer and family time! Autonation Service should have called and asked to reschedule for when the part would arrive, but they did not. I never got a call for part arriving. I left a message for the Service Manager and never got a call back. I had the Recall done at another dealership and since then moved all my warranty service work to them.

Representative Benson was very patient and provided details like CarFax immediately. He listened to me ramble about specs on the luxury sports car lol. Great experience :)

Sonny and Hilari provided a great car buying experience. They were amazing, very professional, and were accommodating to us as we were driving 2 hours to go meet with them. Then, to get there and find out that a percentage of proceeds when buying a Honda go to the Breast Cancer Foundation was icing on the cake as I am a breast cancer survivor. They are definitely a 10+ in my book and would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future!

I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord from this dealer on 5/6/2021. The pricing and the car was exactly what I was looking for. The issues started when I went to take delivery. I was promised a 2nd key which they finally had someone come out and do over 2 weeks after purchase. I also test drove the car on 5/5/2021 and pulled the trigger on the deal. Everything was arranged to take delivery on 5/6/2021. I got there and went thru finance. Signed all the paperwork. Well when I went to drive home, there was a big crack in my windshield that wasn't there the day before. I went and got the salesman(Nick) immediately. We had just done a complete walk around and test drive the day before. He went and told his boss(Taylor). They promised to send Safelite out to replace it. I've called and texted them at least 5-6 times since. They keep saying that they are setting it up but nothing as of yet. I should not have to keep reminding a dealer to do their job. I'm pretty sure if I still owed part of the down payment or some other paperwork, they would be blowing my phone up. I bet I magically get a call saying Safelite is on their way after this review is posted LOL

Buyers beware of this dealership. I recently went to the Autonation Honda Lewisville website to get pricing on a new Honda CRV, and had to input my personal information to obtain "see our best price instantly". Satisfied with the price that was offered, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. I later received a follow up call from a sales representative who then emailed me a detailed proposal that included window tint and clear guard, adding $794 to the price that was originally posted. Since their website has no references anywhere that this is a mandatory charge, it turns out that their "best price" is a totally bogus figure. I appealed to management and found that Autonation has absolutely no intention of honoring the "best" pricing that is posted on their website...period. IMHO this is a very dishonorable and deceptive way of doing business, so be well advised.

They called me at 11:30 to try again to sell me things I already declined. Said the car was about ready. It was not. Didn't get the car back until almost 1 PM. He knows what I like and how to deal with me in explaining the service and cost, if any. I've bought 3 Odyssey vans since 2004. They don't wear out, I just like to keep upgrading to the new technology.

Purchased my Honda Odyssey with AutoNation and have always had it service there. My last visit was very disappointing concerning it took two hours to get an oil change and they forgot to replace the rear windshield wiper blade so had to return two days later to get the wiper blade. Technician said I had a nail in the sidewall of one tire which was not repairable and needed new tire, I declined and took the car to the dealer where I purchased the tire (had road warranty) and the nail was not punching far enough into the tire to need a new tire. Tire still holding air and did not need to be replaced. Wasted 2 hours on the tire issue. Will still go to AutoNation for service but I hope next visit is better.

Let me start by saying don’t be fooled by the “no haggle online price” for used cars. I had done my research on a car that I wanted and looked various places for the specific vehicle, so I go there I drive the vehicle, it’s great I tell him that I have connections in the industry and that the vehicle is definitely overpriced, he shook it off and tried to tell me about the blue book value when I told him the market value for the car was much lower regardless, anyway the car came with one key fob that was completely messed up, I paid extra on top of the already overpriced vehicle with my financing a warranty for my wheels and tires which included key replacement and I had already seen an issue with my tire when we were there that I noted NEEDED to be fixed ! Of course , the salesman sweet talks you not a problem we will fix it. Then reaches out to ask how it’s going, well let me tell you, my tire hasn’t been fixed or replaced and you haven’t bothered to fix and/or renew my key fobs for my car that I pay every month for warranty on. This dealership is a blind folded joke. The experience will be amazing until you sign those papers, the salesman gets their money, and you’re on the road. Drive pink everyone!! Customer service and retention rate is horrible here because the lack of care !!! Definitely won’t be making another purchase here .

Had my engine replaced and a required kit was not installed which resulted in engine failure and another engine replacement. They would not make arrangements for a rental or guarantee reimbursement. I had to rent a car for the month it took to complete the engine replacement. I?ve been waiting 3 weeks for reimbursement for the rental.

I dropped the vehicle off for routine maintenance. The work was completed relatively quickly and the communication from my representative was excellent. My only criticism is to stop texting on what additional work the mechanic is recommending. I did not see the text for over an hour and it extended the time I had to wait and there was no way I was going to add more time for extra work. This texting has occurred the last few times I have brought the car in. There is no way I am going to approve extra work through a text. Just pick up the phone and call to discuss.

Please return phone calls! Over the last month, I have left four voice mails, including to the service manager and have yet to receive a call back from anyone. My vehicle is not repaired. Honda must have a fundamental problem with their Infotainment system because I have brought it in six times in the last year and it is still not working! Please fix this! I cannot use my sound system as it cracks and pops and goes out completely. I couldn’t be more frustrated and disappointed in both Honda and this dealership.

on 12/12/2020 I bought a Honda CRV from this store. I was advised to purchase GAP insurance and some other protections services from them and they would lower my loan interest rate. They said I could go back and cancel this services a few weeks after the car purchase. I have gone back to the stores several times (including this morning) and called many times. Nobody would help me. Jenna (sales person without business cards) told me this morning that the finance reps were too busy and don't have time to help me and to go back or call back another day. They simply do not want to cancel the protections plans the sold me as thy said they would. I tried calling those plans directly but I was referred back to the dealership.

I came in on Saturday and spoke with Cynthia about receiving a recall notice on my Accord. Cynthia scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. I was in and out in about 90 minutes, which included an inspection and wash, in addition to the handing of the software issue recall. While there was a mix up with my service appointment, Joshua did not miss a beat. He got my car in immediately. All requested service was performed. One thing I forgot to mention was noticed by Josh and added to work order. All maintenance work was explained upon completion. Dealership was clean, chairs in waiting area were spaced for social distancing, all staff & most customers were wearing masks (important to me because of family health issues).

I wouldn’t recommend going here. I bought a Honda Odyssey and I paid cash. I noticed the vehicle online and called to make sure it was available. 1st guy said he would check and call me back. After 30 mins of nothing I called again 2nd guy said he would check and a few mins later he did call back stating it was indeed available. We arrive and all was normal. Good test drive. Price was a bit high but the vehicle seemed worth it. They gave us the out the door cost and off to the bank to grab a certified check. 20 mins later we returned and handed them payment and then things went down hill. They said we want to clean and service the vehicle. I said no thank you due to not having all day. After 30 mins or so they came back stating the car would not be ready until 4. I was unhappy with this because I own a company in Frisco and didn’t want to have to come back. They make excuses after excuse and I said fine I will come back. I called at 4 and what do you know it wasn’t ready. They told me to come pick it up tomorrow. I said no, told them I’d be there at 530 to pick up the van or the check. Once I arrived they said it would be a few more minutes turned into 30. The individual that signed the tile over was nice enough. Stated he had only had the paper work for a few minutes and I believe that he was telling the truth. Got the proper paper work and away we went. I find it shocking their view on customer service. What can you a possible customer learn from this? This dealership believes you should jump thru hoops for them. I don’t work for you. I paid you... you hand over the vehicle it’s that simple. If they can’t make a cash buy go smoothly. I’d hate to see the issues y’all will face when financing. I mean who thinks they are going to have to get the sheriff department involved in order to get a car place to give you your car. Sad and last time I return.

I didn?t had a way to go home or come back to the dealer to pick up my vehicle but they took care of me and the shuttle driver took me home and poked me up, overall it was a great experience I came back to do the transmission work on my vehicle because Ms Norris took the time to explain everything in detail to me last time I was at the dealer I hope there were more people like him in this world that really care for the customer. I ATTEMPTED to purchased a used truck with a one year 12,000 mile warranty from the dealership. I have been searching for that exact truck, trim, and package it came with for a long time so there was no way I was going to pass it up. it had to get an 02 sensor, brakes, and belts changed before I could pick it up (already unprofessional but whatever). Two days later, I picked it up and within three days of driving it, a lifter in the engine went out causing a misfire. I brought it in and they said the dealership the truck was at before noticed the problem and noted it down, but the service technicians at Autonation Honda of lewisville DIDNT CATCH IT which VOIDED THE WARRANTY!??.. are you kidding??? after I purchased the warranty.. they found an excuse to get me out of my warranty because of THEIR OWN LACK OF ATTENTION! then, they had the truck in the shop for a week to run a diagnostic.. talking to the pre owned director, Taylor, when I came to pick it up, it was brought to my attention that they NEVER RAN A DIAGNOSTIC during that time because it was too much money!!.. after about 3 weeks of trying to get this truck figured out, missing work meetings, not being able to go ride and camp, and waiting to see if the dealership would help out in any way, IT DIDNT PASS STATE INSPECTION! so after all this time, they didn't even sell me the truck! I am never going there again. they completely screwed me over and it is not ok. im waiting to hear back about my legal options. til then, I highly encourage the rest of you stay away from this dealership!

Auto nation is just like every other scam artists out there are you by a certified car that has a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty but when it breaks they try and say it’s not covered. The 90 day bumper to bumper warranty is a total lie also don’t fall for the added warranty you can purchase because it won’t cover anything I deeply regret buying might be a call from AutoNation they will just give you the runaround until you’re too tired to deal with it. Update vehicles in for service the second time since we have owned it a little over 90 days had to go back in for one of the same issues still not covered by warranty or anything this dealership is a scam

She had been to see other customers and when those who were after me were leaving. I had to find them.

I drove 45 minutes from Fort Worth with the impression I had a deal. $2500 down and $240 per month for five years. When I got into the finance office I was told that the only lender they could get me approved with charged 24% making my payments $350 per month. A $10,000 vehicle is now going to cost me $24,000 dollars all said and done. The finance manager said oh you can just refinance it after a year to get your payments down. I felt manipulated and should have walked out but didn't. one day later I recognized how unfairly I had been dealt with and asked to be put in another deal. I have not heard back. I await a phone call.

Look on yelp, the yelp reviews are more believable for this dealership. Here's my first-hand experience with this dealership recently. We had a horrible experience trying to buy a new Honda here. The salesperson you communicate with online and via email will not be who they stick you with when you come in. That way, they don’t need to abide by anything that they said (via email or phone) to get you in the door. They make you sit for hours in their lobby area as they play their delay tactics to increase the odds that you won't walk away from the deal they finally give you. BTW - their lobby has NO hand sanitizer (what kind of business does that during a pandemic!?). Keep you indoors for hours, provide no hand sanitizer and have many of your people walking around wearing face masks under their noses….what could go wrong!? That alone should keep you out of their dealership these days. But add to that the games they play with you to make a good deal for themselves is just deplorable. Think very hard about going here for a new car.

Bought vehicle 2 months ago and still waiting on dealership to fulfill IOU and to get tags. We have called well over 20 times leaving messages, etc and no one ever calls back or follows up. From the salesman, manager, or general manager. Currently they are in breach of contract and could care less. Definitely wouldn’t ever go back. Should have run when the sale was difficult to get the dealership to communicate with us. If it wasn’t for the vehicle we got I would have taken it back and paid more somewhere else just so we could have decent customer service.

As part of the deal when we purchased 2 Accords from them, I was promised that the first oil change will be on them verbally by their sales-person after I found out they tried to low-ball me on the trade-in value of my car (got 2X more at CarMax). Just tried to schedule that 1st oil change but the salesperson could not remember offering that. So now I feel like a liar for a simple oil change which they made me waited 2+ hrs in the dealership while waiting for the salesperson to come in. Salesperson never returned my calls - so I had to go the dealership. Don't think I want to deal with this dealership anymore.

Today, Jan 1, 2021, terrible dealership and customer service. I had an appointment with a salesperson to see two vehicles. One of the vehicles I saw in an advertisement and was ready to purchase once I saw and test drove the vehicle. The second vehicle the salesperson recommended before the visit and I agree to see both cars. Once upon arrival, the salesperson told me that neither car was available to drive. They both needed to have their brakes replaced. He found the second vehicle, but when he drove it around for us to look at the vehicle was filthy on the inside and the engine light was on. So, I ask can I see the original car per the advertisement. Well, they could not even find the vehicle for me to look at. Needless to say, I was very disappointed because the salesperson was not prepared and the manager that attempted to assist was not any better. The only thing they offer for my trouble was to fill up my gas tank, which was already 3/4 full. I have been buying cars for almost 35 years and have never dealt with a brand name dealership that was so misleading and did not know the first thing about customer service. Needless to say, no car was purchased and it was a complete waste of time. If minus stars exist I would give them -5 stars.

Long story short, SHADY dealership. Told us we were approved that morning over the phone for 17.99%. We get there to sign paperwork, go back with the finance guy, and he tells us that we were approved from bank A for 17.99 for 72 months, but if we go with bank B, our interest rate would be 14.99, with a slightly higher monthly payment, for 60 months. Bank B also comes with gap insurance, blah blah blah. He’s pushing bank B HARD. “They’re a great bank, you can even get credit cards.” We tell him no THREE times. He leaves the room (to go lock the rate). Our uncle comes in and asks what’s going on and we tell him about the two options. He immediately calls his friend who also used to work in car financing and he tells us that what this guy is doing is ILLEGAL. Our uncle approached the manger on duty and demanded to know what our interest rate through Bank B was... 13.46%. Crazy. Incredibly DISCRIMINATORY practices. Granted, our credit is far from great, but these people are taking advantage of minorities with poor credit.

I always have gotten great service in the past at the dealership, but this time not as much. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am and never received a call from my service advisor all day. I called him at 3pm left voice message and 1.5 hours later I called again as my call was not returned, still no response. So I called the dealership directly and asked someone else to check on my vehicle and was told my vehicle was ready and we could pick it up. After that my service advisor called. Ended up picking vehicle up during 5 pm hour. The repairs made were awesome, no complaints there. Service offered to wash my car after I was there to pick it up, but I passed as I did not want to wait for a car wash. The service advisor helped me cleaned out tree leaves that were left under the hood before I picked it up. Repairs was great - Communication was just not the best this time.

Both our Honda?s needed oil changes. I checked all the local Honda dealers websites for service specials. AutoNation Honda of Lewisville had the best special. Even better than the oil change outfits. Prefer to do my maintenance with Honda shops as they then have the complete history when it comes time to trade, sell or a warranty claim. They sold me a vehicle that needed repairs without disclosing this to me. After driving it for 1,047 miles locally, it became nondrivable. I have pictures of the needed repairs. They stated that they completed a 125pt inspection prior to sale and completed some repairs and changed the filters, etc; however, confirmed this is just a checklist with no pictures or further evidence of completion. The new repair shop showed me pictures of the needed repairs along with the filthy air cabin filter and engine filter Autonation stated they replaced. Now AutoNation is refusing to fix anything leaving me with a 3k bill, I paid for the towing of the car, and the warranty they sold me will not cover anything. So no, I do not recommend this dealership.

Overall a very efficient, clean dealership with friendly and helpful staff. Most dealerships wash your car after servicing it but I had to ask. They said they didn't do it because they were short-staffed due to COVID-19 but there was only 1 other customer there. They had the porter run my car through the wash and he brought it to the bay within several minutes but left it for me soaking wet. Fortunately I always have towels in my car so I dried it off myself before driving off.

I have had my Hondas serviced at several dealerships in several states. None can compare to Bert Koons Honda in Shreveport, Louisiana. AutoNation in Lewisville, Texas, provides adequate customer service. The staff is cordial. Even though I have to schedule an appointment for service, the service advisors are not prepared for my arrival. I have to go inside to let them know I am there for an appointment. They seem disinterested. I am told to wait outside by my vehicle. I presume this is how management trains them to treat customers. I would like to commend the maid for her attentive service. The TV in the waiting area went off the air. The maid found the remote control and gave it to me so that I could resume watching TV. I did not even have to ask her. I was very impressed by her gesture.

I can honestly say I didn't have the greatest first impression. They said the car (used) I was going to look at was going to get detailed and be ready for me to drive upon my visit. It was quite dirty and had a dead battery. Upon agreement on a second visit, the car was impeccable, had new tires, new battery, and new brakes. Salesmen were nice, slightly pushy, but that's generally expected. My car has been a blast to drive and a second opinion said my car was in excellent condition. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

Not a good experience with this dealership. We purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata 1 month ago. From the time we signed papers it took them 1 week to present the car... saying they were doing safety checks and detailing. When we took delivery within a week found several things that were not addressed in the "safety checks"... Head light out, horn did not work and alarm would randomly go off (items that would not pass a state inspection). When we called the dealership to get help we found ourselves in an automated phone loop and could not get to a live person. Since we could get help from AutoNation Honda we took our business to Eckert Hyundai in Denton to fix the issues. Fantastic experience there.

Update: I finally got the refund from the warranty, but still nobody ever called or emailed me. Zero communication, really weird. Do not buy their Autonation warranty!! I sold the car back in April (not to them) and have been trying since early May to get a warranty refund. Nobody will return emails, give answers or updates. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy a warranty from someone else!

Came in for routine oil change and safety inspection. Was told needed new windshield wiper blades but that they did not have an adapter for the blade and could not find one. The car was not washed or vacuumed out as is normal after service.

We had taken our 2018 Honda CRV to Ed Voyles Honda in Atlanta for service and they claimed that there was a leak in our windshield wiper fluid reservoir and also gave us a quote to fix even though our Honda is under warranty. Upon returning in Dallas, we took our car to Autonation Honda at Lewisville and they quickly determined it was a loose setting and clamped it down and also filled the tank. All complimentary. Very satisfied. Will take my car there for future service.

Traded in 2006 Honda Element....they said it will go to auction. They gave me 2,500... next day it was in the used car lot for over 7,000. The whole experience was horrible. I have bought 4 cars from them, which I guess didn't matter while buying a 5th car... never going back. They lost a long time customer.

I don’t know where to begin in terms of my experience at AutoNation. I drove two hours for a car I found online. When I arrived, the salesman was polite in the beginning. After looking at the car and going inside to discuss the finances; his attitude completely changed. We were negotiating on a price and I gave him my bottom line offer, which was $13500. His response was that the price is non negotiable and then humiliated me by telling me that “you can’t afford to pay $1500 more”. What’s worse is that his manager pulled the same stunt and insulted me and my family by telling us “You can buy $1100 phones but you can’t afford to pay $1500 more for this car?” This dealership or car lot, whichever it is is the most backward place I’ve been to. Honestly, you should offer a remediation course for your employees on how to be polite to customers. AutoNation is by far the worst place to purchase a car. The employee name was Isaiah and the managers name was Kenneth. You’ve already lost my business but I recommend that you should discipline your employees to prevent losing customers in the future. -Shamim

Overall experience was ok. Our salesman Benson was good to work with. His manager Taylor Douglas was also good to work with. The.deal was easy to work out. However beware the Finance office. We had our financing pre approved by our credit union. They wanted our basic credit info. Which was ok but then can the sales pitch on the Gap insurance and extended warranty. We said no and the finance guy disappeared for sone time and his manager came in for the pressure. He was told NO! He left and after a time the original guy came in. Again we said NO! Finally he got the message. And what could have been an hour at most got finished in about 2 hours. We told everyone that we had to be out by a certain time but we had to spend twice as long messing around in the finance office. So much for pre arranged financing. I don’t know why dealing with Honda dealers is such a pain. We bought a CRV in 2006 and the same dance had to be done. The pressure to buy what you already know you don’t need or want almost ruined an otherwise good experience.

Our overall experience was nice. My daughter loves her car and they did everything they could to get it prepared. We are noticing, 24 hours later, there are a few things they said worked that do not. The headlamp on the drivers side of the car does not work because the connector is burned out. The paperwork said they replaced the bulb but if that was the case the mechanic would have noticed the connector was bad and needed to be replaced. One side of the connector is melted so a new bulb is not the solution. It did not come with an owners manual. That's not an issue as I can find one. Don was a great sales person and did everything to make us feel comfortable in our purchase.

There were several items that might have needed repair. The service rep called me several times and worked through the condition of the questionable items fully explaining their current condition and what benefit (if any) a repair would bring along with the cost of the repair. I recently had a very bad experience for vehicle repair and maintenance at AutoNation Honda Lewisville. The service advisor, Mr. Michael Malone, wrongly charged me for work that had not been done on that day. I discovered it and pulled him aside to point out to him. He did not want to give me a chargeback on my credit card on the incorrect charge. Instead, he gave me a store credit, which I really did not want. He also did not help giving options on how to fix cross thread on one of my hubs for one of my tire. My whole experience was very unsatisfied, unhappy, and unprofessional there at AutoNation Honda Lewisville.

I made a morning service appt to have my PCM updated. The car was on time for the appt, but told it had to be left because it would be several hours before the service tech could get to it. Their van did provide a ride home. After not hearing anything I called the service writer, left message and he was prompt in returning my call and left a message. Message said a tech was diagnosing the problem and he would get back to me with an estimate for parts on the repair. I called back and stated my car was to have the PCM updated, no repairs. Service writer stated they were diagnosing the check engine light being on. I replied that this was not authorized by me, and that I only wanted the PCM updated. Service writer stated that the PCM did not need updated so they were investigating the check engine light and that I would not be responsible for any work done that I did not authorize. The check engine light was due to a mouse chewing a wire and the repair was $500 . I did not authorize. I picked up the car that evening and was still charged $138 for the diagnosis. Very unhappy and disappointed. I cannot recommend AutoNation Honda in Lewisville.

Don't expect to get any service from their SERVICE dept. Bought a Honda Pilot, after four days the ac condenser fan ran continuously with the engine off for more than twelve hours., took it in to service dept, Tech said he had never heard of this happening, didn't computer analyze, told me it was normal. I googled the problem, found out it happens frequently when the ac condenser fan relay fails. It is a $8.00 part. I live 40 miles from the dealer and wasted the better part of a day with this. No one at the dealership will answer/ return my calls.

I have been using the Honda (now AutoNation) Service Department in Lewisville, TX, since I bought my CRV in 2002. The car now has 216k miles on it and still runs like a top. I give much of the credit to the excellent service I've received over the years. The work has always been of top quality, with the promised results and no setbacks. The service advisors are knowledgeable, friendly and patient; they are never too busy to explain exactly what the problem is and what the options of addressing it are. I have never felt pushed into one solution or another, and no one has ever tried to sell me anything. I like to stick with one advisor and am very comfortable with my present one, James Norris -- a good communicator whose advice I trust, who has good ideas and suggestions, and who always manages to accommodate my special requests and weird work schedule. As long as I can continue to get this type of excellent service, both for my car and for myself, I plan to stick with it -- and fully expect my CRV to last me another 100k miles! :-)

WOW. Made an appointment with “Nart” for 7pm tonight to view an Audi A7. We arrived five minutes after 7pm to find Nart mid-negotiations with another client. Okay, fine, understandable. So we waited. When he was finally finished, he went in to his office. After the young lady from the front went to get him, he sat there, unwilling to get up. We watched as he told her he wasn’t going to help us and to go find someone else. A few minutes later a middle-aged gentleman came out. He said his name, maybe John? But forgot to actually shake mine or my husbands hand. RUDE. He confirms the car we wanted to see and then proceeds to ask us if/what we’ll be trading in and THEN proceeds to shame us for the car we’re trading in and says “well isn’t that kind of a big jump going to an Audi?” RUDE. AGAIN. We finally are shown the car... it REEKS of smoke. Not just a little smoke. A LOT of smoke. We can smell it the second the doors open to the car. We test drive it anyways, thinking maybe it’s just us. After a few seconds in the car, our initial thoughts were confirmed. There was a DEFINITE smoke smell. When we return to the dealership he asks us how the drive was. We converse for a second and then tell him we just couldn’t get past the smell. He acts shocked - asks what smell we’re “even” talking about. For every mention we had about smells he had an excuse - his mechanic smokes/ they hadn’t detailed it/ it’s just stuffy in the car... EVERY SINGLE EXCUSE. Not only did this man belittle us for the vehicle we were trading in, he acted like we had no idea what we were talking about with a smoke smell and seemed beyond irritated with us from the moment he acknowledged us. What did we do to deserve to be treated this way???? Have I mentioned I’ve purchased from this dealership before? Truly shocked at the way my husband and I were treated tonight.

AutoNation, please be truthful to your customers. We deserve it because we are trusting you to buy a new car (one of our life's highest spending) * This review is specific to AutoNation Honda Lewisville, not generic to America's #1 Car Retailer - AutoNation I bought a new Honda CR-V EX (2019 model) here in September. AutoNation swindled me with a worthless protection plan. They told me that they are selling me the Honda Care Platinum plan (the highest protection plan available - Sentinel). Later, when I called Honda customer care for verification, I got to know that my plan would only cover for the oil changes and tire protection. I had confirmed the plan details multiple times with the salesperson (as cheating is very common with this plan). They repeatedly told me that this plan would cover all parts, including labor for the full protection period. That included protection for hail damage, damage to the windshield, accidental damage to the interior (liquid spills, damage to the electronic parts caused by extensive usage, etc.), oil and filter change, tire protection, etc. They even told me that the plan would cover for regular wear and tear to the parts (like brake pads, wiper blades, etc.). (Just so you know, I could not find any protection plan in the market that would cover for wear and tear damages). I reached out to sales manager, business manager, finance manager, new cars manager and the general manager for help. The new cars manager and the general manager responded to my complaint. But then never provided me with any update. Finally, I reached out to AutoNation's corporate office to escalate. The dealership immediately helped me to cancel and refund this plan; then pretended that cheating never happened. Of course, they could not say it was a misunderstanding as I had sent over a dozen emails asking for my plan details AutoNation must make the escalation email public. They never acknowledge or update on the complaint status(maybe because they have too many to address). I followed up 5 or 6 times before they gave me the real email address for escalation. I must admit some good points about this dealership. - Reasonable price (my car's base price was $25,277. This price was a bit higher because it had tinted glasses and door protection package. I bought it in September; 2019 models could be cheaper now with Honda offer) - The good interest rate on financing (1.90%). They started at 5.99% and told me that I can refinance anytime. But I refused. - They treated me with courtesy (till the sales completed) If you are planning to buy a new car here, please do your homework before visiting the dealership (sharing from the lesson I learned). - Obtain an online quote (using truecar.com or Costco car buying). - Visit one other dealership to negotiate your best price before going to AutoNation (don’t just call, visit a dealership). So that you can accept AutoNation’s offer only if they can beat your current best offer. This simple step might help you to save $1500 or more! - I do not recommend buying a protection plan from them. Even if you do buy a protection plan, be sure to contact Honda Care to verify the plan details. Don’t be fooled by “6 Years/75,000 miles” or be deceived by the “spilled coffee replica” on the business manager’s table. They may be lying to your face!

Never again. Purchased a 2019 Honda Accord. Great car. Three days later call from dealer. Dealer put the wrong Vin on the paper work. Asked me to bring this car back. No, I do not want the other car it is different color. I asked to re-contract w the correct vin. Can’t do that month end. People at dealer will not make commission. They can have the paper work for this car on Friday. After month end commission is calculated. I was told I because didn’t buy warranty, gap, credit insurance, and got 2.9% so the want to get me back in to “sell” more products.

Within minutes after I had "saved" a 2009 Honda CR-V on AutoNation Honda's website, I received a phone call from Isaiah asking if I might want to come in to look at the car. I told him I was thinking about doing that after I watched my granddaughter play basketball. One thing in particular that had caught my attention is that this car had less than 63,500 miles on the odometer. In Texas?? Isaiah was in the middle of another transaction, so he got another salesman - Nart - to assist me. While the latter was locating the car on the lot, two of the sales managers came over to introduce themselves to me. They are both from Hawaii originally and I had just relocated here to Little Elm after having lived in Hawaii for the past 9+ years. We took the car out for a test drive, returned to the showroom and started the paperwork. Shortly thereafter, I pulled the car into the garage at my daughter's house. I had been in Texas 169 hours. I think I might have been the easiest sale they had ever had!

Had seen an Accord Touring Hybrid I was interested in buying on the internet at Lewisville Autonation Honda and reserved it late one night. Received a text promptly from JJ who asked how I would like to communicate with him to which I replied by phone and gave him my number. He promptly called and I made an appt. to go down the next day. JJ had the car ready for me and we took a test drive with him explaining the features/highlights. Back at the dealership I looked over the features in front, the exterior and the trunk. We went inside and I made an offer he took back to Danny. Some tweaking the numbers and we were done. No high pressure here at all, just real people trying to help you get the car you want. Definitely would recommend them if you are in the market for a new car!

I live in Minneapolis, MN. I had been looking for a Honda Ridgeline RT, FWD. I could not find any dealers in my area that had any FWD Ridgelines and was told that they only stock AWD Ridgelines. I decided to search online and left the miles from my home as unlimited. Up popped 4 FWD Honda Ridgelines at the Lewisville, TX Honda Dealer. I called and talked to the Internet Sales manager and told him I could fly down to Dallas the next Saturday morning, buy the Ridgeline, and drive it home 950 miles. Taylor made me a great deal and everything was set. I found a cheap flight to Dallas DFW aitport, and took an Uber for the short 15 minute trip to Lewisville. Taylor had the Ridgeline ready when I arrived. We took it for a short test drive and everything was as expected. The whole process at the dealership was less than an hour and I was on my way home. I did stop halfway to sleep and arrived home around noon on Sunday with my new, shiny Ridgeline. On the way North I averaged over 28 MPG! I do not know how many people from MN will do what I did, but I would highly recommend the team at Autonation Honda in Lewisville, TX

We negotiated our price with the internet sales department. Once that was complete we drove over to finish up the paperwork. I had work commitments later that day so we had to be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. Matthew and Austin had us in, test driving our particular vehicle and out in around 2.5 hours. Very efficient and very easy. All in all, the best car buying experience we've ever had.

While my service rep was excellent, I had a 1:00 o’clock appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it took 2 plus hours to get in and out after I made sure to arrive early. I understand Saturday’s are busy. There seems to be little point in making an appointment when you just have to wait in line like everyone else. When I asked about why it was taking so long, one of the runners told me, “We had a rush around 11 o’clock”. I’ve had my oil changed there before on a work day and was in an out in about an hour without an appointment. 2 hours on a Saturday with an appointment is completely unacceptable! I will say this, when I spoke to the service manager he was very apologetic and he did have them top of my tank as an apology.

They sold me a car as a mint condition When I received the car , paint on the hood was damaged , vacuum pump was leaking oil Control arms upper side were bad ,motor mounts both were shut , transmission mount was worn, rear stabilizer bushing were shut, oil pressure solenoid valve was leaking ,emergency brake handle was broken ,driver side control switch was broken , the rear towed cover was missing ,I will never trust auto nation again Thanks to Porsche of Orlando service manager who worked hard to repair all these problems by using 90 days warranty which took around total of 28 days

Bought a used vw Jetta from them last summer. Sales person was less than great but being young and probably his first sale I let that part go. Finance was another issue as the payment changed 3 times while in there as she “forgot to add something” whatever that meant. Wanted to cancel the warranty the next day as it was still under factory warranty so why pay $2000 plus for an extra year but they couldn’t change it until I had an account number. Which we know they still had the paperwork in the building they just didn’t want loose out on it and the money they were going to make. Next day I had to take my own time to take it to Bobby Becks Lewisville VW to have the key programmed to the car. Finally get to really drive the car and it’s having vibration issues. Test drive Didnt even get to take it on the highway, only back roads. Take it to discount tire and find a severely bent wheel which I was told by Luis he would have it looked at it. Guess what? To this day still hasn’t been taken care of. Of course at this point, I’m beginning to wonder what else was missed during inspection. Find out the car never had an oil change. Luis did get that taken care of, almost 3 hours later. He knew I was waiting and apparently he doesn’t know how to communicate and let the techs know. Had to have them repaint the bumper as the clear coat was peeling off within a month of buying the car. Left it all day long with them to take care of and whoever he had do it did a terrible job. Color never matched and is coming off again because it wasn’t prepped correctly. Was told it wouldn’t be an issue and he would have it done to his own vehicle and it would last as long as the car did. I tried to make contact with them last week and never got a call back. Not surprising since I had a ton of issues the first time around. Email, phone doesn’t matter. I would steer clear of the con artist and shady business practice. Now I’m stuck with a car that has all kinds of issues that will be coming out of my pocket.

When I took it in they said the U joint, drive train was out and that I was past the 5 day return policy (broke down on day 4, sunday closed so monday is day 6) and that I bought it AS IS and I would have to pay for it. When I spoke to the used car manager (Louis) he also said I wuold have to pay for it and was not even nice about it. He said he would send it to Nissan Auto Nation and have them give an estimate at Dealer Cost but I still had to pay. When Nissan called me they said that they won't do dealer cost so the bill is $1,800.00 for Drive train and Feul pump that was also out and there was several other things as well. They also said that most of these things should have been caught with the 50 point inspection that was suppossed to be done before I took the vehicle (I think it was never done because of the new holiday). I called the the used car manager 4 times on wednesdsay and he didn't return my calls then called the general manager that day and he didn't return my calls. THIS IS BEYOND BAD BUSINESS THIS IS ALMOST CRIMINAL

Started off our interaction via an internet query which was handled by Josh M. as we were out of state. He was super responsive to all of my questions, answering them completely, and quickly. I could tell my time was valued. He was able to give me a quote OTD on a new Honda Pilot that beat out any dealership within a 50 mile radius. After arriving to the dealership, we were assisted by Teddy who was EXCELLENT at his job, even up sold us (happily) after taking the time to show, teach, and explain all the features each trim line had to offer. The whole team at AutoNation went above and beyond to make it a great experience - and we will gladly refer our friends and family to them when they are in the market.

I have been a customer of this location since it was Bankston Honda, going back nearly 20 years. Jimmy was my mechanic - he was thorough and trustworthy, and I never thought twice about any of his recommendations. However, my wife (who was assigned a different rep - not Jimmy) was given an estimate last week to repair her catalytic converter and starter, with price tags of $2,044 and $1,051, respectively. Figuring that sounded a little high, I spoke to a few friends in the auto repair world, and was shocked to hear that those repairs (together) are almost never above $1,000. If I hadn't thought to check their prices, I would have been overcharged by more than $2,000. Let that sink in a moment. Long story short, we are taking her car in to get everything fixed tomorrow for a shade over $1,000. The new place is even throwing in a free oil change, tune-up, and car wash. Never thought I'd be saying this about this location, but we will never be going back to Autonation.

I purchased my Honda CR-V in Sept. 9f 2017. The staff made the purchase as quick and painless as possible. It was the fastest vehicle purchase I've experienced! I make the drive from Wichita Falls (1.5hrs away) for routine maintenance because I've been treated very well everytime I walk through the door! I highly recommend this dealership and service dept.

Black Friday shopping with our sales rep Josh Mullins at Auto Nation Lewisville location. It wasn't as crowded.. but fair amount of ppl shopping for cars. Josh really listened to our needs as we didnt want too many options but needed specific ones. He did not push for anything that we didn't need and really knew what options would accommodate our needs. From the beginning to the end Josh went above and beyond to guide and suggest to best of his abilities. There were some scratches on the side panel which he took it above him to get his manager involved and replaced it for us--simple and clean. This was the best experience we've had in a dealership! Thank you again Josh Mullins-will definitely recommend him our friends and family when opportunity arises!

By giving the right auto parts to customers. Horrible experience with this dealer who wouldn’t accept their mistake and wouldn’t exchange the wrong brakes that were given to us when we specifically asked for the car that being purchased there. Stay away from them!
