Bunch of liars and cheaters work at this dealership, specially Val in new car sales. Picked up my car with missing items and was advised it would arrive at my home in few weeks. Its been over 2 months and I'm still waiting. They refuse to answer call or any of my text messages. Another BS they told me was after purchasing the car was that the license plate would arrive at my home directly. After checking with them multiple times for 6 weeks, they changed their stance and said I would have to pick it up from the dealership. Avoid this place because these people are the reason why normal people hate working with car dealers.

Took my Honda CRV in for an oil change and maintenance . My advisor, Mike Malone, was amazing. Car was ready when expected, washed and sitting in the drive with the AC going. This is my second car from Autonation Lewisville. Won't go anywhere else.

I felt very disappointed with their service. I requested to cancel my extended warranty right after I purchased my car at the beginning of February. The financial person said he could not send the cancellation form because his computer crashed. I waited until March 8th and finally got the form to fill out and sign. I returned it to the dealership by email on March 8th. Still, until today, they have yet to refund me (deducting it from my loan amount). I went to their dealership three times and spoke with the financial person and the manager during February, March, and April, and I also called in multiple times, with no effect and no results. Every time they promised that I would get a refund, but when I asked them to check the status, they said they couldn't. Wondering where my refund is, I called the extended warranty company and Honda finance many times, and finally, they suggested I call autonation’s back office. I called their back office in May and found out that the person in the dealership had never submitted my cancellation form. I regret buying the car from them. Not only this, they said they would ship my license plate in February ( I purchased my car on 01/31) but then asked me to pick up my license plate at the end of March at their dealership. During February and March, I called many times to check the status of my license plate, and every time they told me that they had shipped out. They know it takes me 45 mins to drive to their dealership.

However, with multiple attempts for hours of my time, still cannot get the right answer. I am afraid to handle them as another business. I regret buying a car from this center. If I can get a full refund for the car I bought from them, I will return the car to them immediately.

Big bait and switch scam dealership. Salesperson was terrible. Did not even have key to the car we wanted to see. Was totally different car than the one advertised. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth your time. Yes, we walked out.

Stay away from this place, they sold me a vehicle that has issues. The check engine light came on after the car had been sitting for 4 days since I got it back from the initial “problem” that they claimed they fixed. They are very misleading and only care about the customer for a buy. There is no reason I have a car with an issue after trading in a 2019 jeep without any problems. I wish I would have just given the car back after the first initial problem that they claimed to “fix” and say it was only the battery. Also scheduling a service for that issue was a headache and only Chevy automation was responsive on calls— this location cold transferred me multiple times and I had to make back to back calls before getting any resolution. Karma is real Aiman and for all the janky car salesman that supportive this type of unfavorable “customer” service . I truly believe they somehow turned the check engine light off and will be contacting the dmv

My experience with the service department at AutoNation Honda in Lewisville, Texas, under the supervision of Service Manager Christine Pham, was nothing short of a complete disaster. On May 12th, I dropped off my car at 7am, expecting a smooth and efficient service process. My assigned service advisor, James Norris, provided me with a phone number for updates and assured me of receiving a text once the problem was diagnosed. However, this marked the beginning of a downward spiral of frustration and disappointment. Despite receiving a diagnostic text at 9:30am stating that the problem had been identified and promising more information from James, I did not hear back from him that day. Multiple attempts to reach him throughout the day were met with texts to “call you right back.” Finally, after more than 6 hours of waiting, I called the service department’s main line and spoke with Mike who said that a required part would take 4-5 days to arrive, and I could pick up my car the following Friday. This led me to make arrangements for a rental car, costing me $352 for the week. Days went by without any updates. When I finally heard from James, a full 7 days after my car had arrived at the dealership, he informed me that the part was on backorder and would not be available for a month. Furthermore, the part was not even ordered until 5 days after my car had arrived. Realizing I couldn't afford to keep a rental car this long, I requested a loaner car, only to be told that they were not provided. Desperate for a resolution, I asked to speak with Service Manager Christine Pham. She failed to return my call. Left with no assistance, I decided to visit the dealership in person and requested to speak with General Manager Richard Arredondo. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and inconsistencies in information. However, instead of offering a solution, Mr. Arredondo suggested I trade in my car for a new one. This response was not only insulting but also displayed a clear indication of their complete disregard for customer service. Mr. Arredondo left his office to fetch Christine Pham, the service manager, but never returned to confirm that the issue was resolved. When Ms. Pham arrived, she was both rude and dismissive. She barely allowed me to explain the situation. She dismissed any possibility of a loaner car and reiterated that the part was backordered and there was nothing they could do. She stated that only one dealership in the country had the part in stock and claimed they would not sell it to them. Desperate for a solution, I asked to contact the other dealership myself, with them supplying me with the part number. To my surprise, the other dealership was more than willing to sell the part to the Lewisville dealership. Ms. Pham's claim that they would not was a complete fabrication. Arrangements were made for the part to be shipped overnight, but poor communication on their part delayed the delivery, forcing me to extend my rental car reservation multiple times and pushing the total cost over $1000. After weeks of waiting, the part finally arrived on May 30th. However, when I came to retrieve my car, a 50% discount on the repair cost promised by Ms. Pham to compensate for the poor service I received was not honored and Ms. Pham refused my request to discuss it. Throughout this entire ordeal, the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, unethical behavior, and complete disregard for customer care have left me financially burdened and deeply disappointed with the level of service provided. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent someone else from experiencing a similar situation with this dealership. The AutoNation Honda in Lewisville is incompetent and unethical and if you value your time and money, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Nice lot but full of liars, the first cars salesman spent no time with me as a customer and barely spoke 2 words to me, I asked if possible to put down some money to hold the car until payday in 2 days and was told that it wasn’t necessary. I was told the GM approved holding the vehicle for me since it hadn’t moved in over 2 weeks, I was also told I would be sent paperwork to look over with monthly payments and the down payment was discussed. The salesman never sent over the paperwork and I said I would come in to the location to further discuss and he tried to talk me out of coming saying he was on the way to the hospital so he wouldn’t be able to help. I came in anyway and to my surprise the car was pulled up to the front of the building being viewed by others. I was then basically told the salesman had been lying and I had to fill out the application AGAIN which means my credit is ran twice also now I am fighting the clock to get the car before the other people who are here at the lot. All this after being told I was approved and agreeing to the down payment. There was another salesman I got who tried to help me get the vehicle however he seemed lost as well, I am extremely irritated and would not recommend this place to anyone. Just be honest with customers, if I was told no I would have kept looking for vehicles and not have wasted anytime.

People who use the term “used car salesman” in a derogatory manner have never met Ahmed. Not only was he sharp, friendly and fair with the sale of my used car, he also gave us great advice on what market purchases would be wise for our new vehicle. He was extremely patient with my fussy toddler and even helped us clean out our car after the sale himself. I wish I had another used car to sell so I could come back tomorrow!

10 months of being ignored is my new experience with AutoNation Honda Lewisville. A couple of weeks after I bought my Ridgeline I noticed that the touch screen was cracked. I went in and James Norris reviewed the crack and said he would order a replacement but that it would not be in until the end of the December. Well December came and gone with no part ordered by James Norris. I called and left messages for Mr Norris, Service Manager and the site manager with no return call from any of them. I finally called my salesman Mo and explained the run a round. He tried to help me by saying that they do not make replacement screens and that I could exchange my truck for a new truck. I am so disappointed with the experience of this dealership and it’s lack of leadership. Be cautious when doing business with them.

My first time going in for service (oil change) on a 2022 Civic. Mr Norris the Service Advisor was extremely nice and very helpful. He was very upfront on the wait time then walked me the details of what the recommendations were and actually walked me to the car and pointed out the nail in the tire as well. During my wait I was blown away with a small video from the Service Tech who also pointed out exactly his recommendations. Not even Luxury brands do that.

I woke up to my car going berserk and all of the lights going off on my dashboard. It was the scariest thing ever. I cautiously drove to Honda in Lewisville where Cynthia Cortez helped get me checked in and calm me down. Cynthia was PHENOMENAL. As a female that has relied heavily on her dad to just take care of all things car related, I had no idea what was going on. Cynthia explained the technicians would take a look and reached out via text to send me a video of my car being analyzed and then to help explain what was happening in the video, sent me a thorough text explaining it all (process and parts and what they do). I had such an amazing experience at this Honda dealership because of Cynthia and I will most certainly going back for regular check ups!

I scheduled an appointment around a week ahead of time and throughout the week I was able to text and email with Dion Sherrod. The day before, we confirmed my appointment and then the day of, I gave him an ETA and when I arrived they pulled the car around for me and we did the test drive. Easy and quick process. Lots of people buying cars so honestly the thing that took the longest was the detailing of the car once I signed off on all the financial things. Very laid back environment. Not too loud or busy like other dealer. Don't take that as a bad thing though, as soon I walked in I was assisted and everyone was friendly. Dion was very helpful and I appreciated him being available to provide me information even when the appointment was set that much ahead of time and there was no guarantee I'd buy the car.

He was honest and forthright in setting the appointment and following through on what was agreed upon. We often hear of people in sales being disreputable and deceitful in order to make a sale. i waited a yr to review just because i personally worked with a couple people there from previous jobs and they are good people! sales person was good to deal with to, but then ignored my calls after the sale. With that,cert cars are not to standard compare to other honda dealers, here they used aftermarket parts, or their autonation brand parts, such as the filters, which my ac filter was filthy when delivered, i was missing floor mats, rear wiper torn, streaking wipers (cheap aftermarket wipers) battery dead in 2 months, one key, not so great paint job on the door, and torn seal on tailgate, i needed a car at the time asap and with low inventory i had to get what i could and felt was best car out there, o and before i forget, finance guy was great! now, luckly for sales Christine and cynthia in service came to the rescue on almost all my concerns (had to buy a battery my self) that was older than 2 yrs old and as per honda certs battery can not be over 2 yrs old, and also non of my fluids were service before buying my vehicle with44k miles as per honda cert guides, it will be hard for me to return and buy a car from this store, finance and service deserve 5 stars, salesman 3,after the sale he completely ignored my text,quality and expectation of a cert car 1. so ill rate in the middle

Do NOT purchase cars from this dealership. This was one of the worst buying experiences for me. Sales person (Sherrod Dillon) and manager (Richard) will do anything to sell you a car. THEY DO FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. They sold me a car with a bad battery(my car broke down within 30 days of my purchase) I went into the nearest auto nation by my house to get the battery replaced, they told me I had to pay out of pocket so I tried to contact auto nation I purchased it from, they said they can’t help me and that I will have to pay out of pocket to even get my car released. What kind of stupid policy is this!! They also told me that the car had both the keys and that I will get my 2nd key later but that never happened. They literally will NOT answer your calls or texts after your deal is done. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, STEER CLEAR!! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal AutoNation customer for almost 5 years but this location disappointed me so much I would’ve returned the vehicle if I could.

Have been going to this dealership for over 20 years, and service in the service department has definitely gone downhill in the last 3-4 years. It’s difficult to actually speak to a service advisor on the phone, and when you are there, it is very obvious they are shorthanded. It has become very disappointing. I only go here now when it is necessary because of warranty or packages that I purchased when I purchased the car. It is also at a convenient location.

I had an appointment at 7pm to look and test drive my vehicle. They had the vehicle out front waiting on us. The salesman was very nice and and helpful. The dealership closes at 8pm, but they stayed way past the closing time to make sure I was able to drive home with my new vehicle. AutoNation Honda Lewisville is the best dealership I have been to in a long time.

If a dealership is to be judged by how they handle an issue after the papers are signed, AutoNation Honda Lewisville failed miserably. Had an issue where the salesman Dillon (Dion) assured me something was included with the vehicle but wasn't. The next day at the dealership I was told they would not cover the cost of the missing item because my trade turned out to have mechanical issues and was going to auction. Obvious lie! There were no mechanical issues and my trade showed up on their site for sale two days later. I said they needed to make this right! At this point I guess my agitation was showing because he apologized profusely and offered to cover the cost, but it would take a couple weeks. I wasn’t happy about it, but I agreed to the arrangement. Two weeks later I can barely get in touch with Deon, and when I do, he gives me the runaround saying it would be another month or more before they could cover the cost, then stops responding when I refuse to bite. Obviously at this point they never had any intention of keeping their word and the entire thing was a ruse to get me out the door so I wouldn't cause a scene. In summary, make sure you have everything promised before signing the papers or they will take advantage of you. Everything was great until the papers were signed. After that, it was one lie after another to get me out the door. Update, AutoNation Honda Lewisville replied to my review with their very heartfelt generic response they give to every negative review. The number they include to "work towards a resolution" does not go to an individual who is genuinely concerned with your issue but their general number. You have a choice to be connected to Sales, Service, Parts, or the Operator. Of course, the Operator never answers, and you get sent back to the main menu to choose again. If they were genuinely concerned, they would contact me directly. I bought a car there; they have my number.

Poor customer service. Left my vehicle for oil change in the morning but did not get any notification to pick up the vehicle until I had called them in the afternoon. According to the Shaela the service rep, she forgot to hit the send button to let me know the vehicle was ready for pick-up. At the dealership when I tried to discuss my vehicle she said she was busy and jut brushed me off.

This place is a joke. I'm a business owner and I can honestly say if any of the people that supposedly work in the parts dept worked for me it would last about 10 sec. Over the course of a year I've never had anyone pick up the phone. You can leave a message but nobody will call you back. If numbers are down at this location it's pretty obvious as to why.

Do not go here! Took 5 months to get my license plates because they sold a car without having the title in hand and they waited 5 months for the owner to send it to them. Sales process took FOREVER although we came with our own financing. I believe they are short staffed and have one finance person servicing all. Everything was extremely slow. I do not recommend and would never return. Give them a call for yourself and you’ll see, besides Sales dept, no one picks up the phone and you can’t get in touch with anyone. After they’ve sold you a car and have your money, they couldn’t care less.

One of the worst service. It took almost 3 weeks just get a key fob. The service tech doesn't respond to numerous calls, messages. It is absolutely impossible to reach anybody. All you get is voice mail box and nobody returns your call. The system is so bad that service tech spends almost 30 minute just to get the service ticket created.

I purchased a car last week and it was by far the most pleasant stress free experience car buying experience I've had in my 50+ years. Wolf was great in presenting the facts and sharing the cars features without all of the mafia like over selling you get so many places. Still checking in with me and working to get us a second key that was missing at purchase. Bobby in finance was also amazing. Just presented options, gave us lots of information, and then allowed us time to make our decisions, again without the massive sales pressure. I felt like everything I decision was informed but not forced. I will continue to use Autonation Honda in the future.

I found a vehicle after about a week of searching and was super excited to have finally located what I was looking for. I called, spoke with a salesperson, and he pulled the car out and kept the keys in his pocket until I arrived. Was able to go for a test drive about 5 minutes after I arrived, and then got right to business on the purchase. The team was super helpful, informative, and the process was smooth. I was totally disappointed this time. I took my car for audio issues repair on Saturday morning , advisor mentioned that he will get it addressed by end of the day, however it was communicated around 4 PM that , technician need more time. After this no communication at all for 3 days , I made several calls (4-6 times) on everyday and every time call got transferred to the advisor but no response from the advisor. Since I was worried , I had to drive personally to Lewisville service center to figure out what is going with my vehicle. Response over phone is useless, I could not any details other than leaving same message every time. Not good at all, this is frustrating, you’ll need to fix this problem ASAP

Price and financing were fair. The process was smooth and low pressure. However, if a dealership is to be judged by how they handle an issue after the papers are signed, AutoNation Honda Lewisville failed miserably. I purchased a used Nissan Leaf, full electric. New Nissan Leaf's come with a level one charger, but this is a used car, so I asked multiple times if the charger was included, and the salesman Dillon (Dion) assured me that he checked, and the vehicle did indeed come with the level one charger. He even showed me the bag with the charger inside. Close the deal and drive home only to find the bag contained the mounting bracket and accessories but no charger! The next day at the dealership Dion told me that his manager said it does not come with a charger after all and there was no way the dealership would cover the cost of a charger because my trade turned out to have mechanical issues and was going to auction. Obvious lie! There were no mechanical issues and my trade showed up on their site for sale two days later. Dion suggested I buy a used charger. I reminded him that he assured me that the charger was included and even confirmed it by showing me the bag it was supposedly in. I said they needed to make this right. At this point I guess my agitation was showing because he apologized profusely and offered to cover the cost of a used one, but it would take a couple weeks. I wasn’t happy about it, but I was able to find a used charger online, so I agreed to the arrangement. Two weeks later I can barely get in touch with Deon, and when I do, he gives me the runaround saying it would be another month or more before they could cover the cost of the used charger, then stops responding when I refuse to bite. Obviously at this point they never had any intention of keeping their word and the entire thing was a ruse to get me out the door so I wouldn't cause a scene. In summary, everything was great until the papers were signed. After that, it was one lie after another to get me out the door.

If you purchase, make absolutely sure there is nothing wrong with the car ahead of time. They give you a grace period of 4 months should you find anything, but then give you the runaround. We purchased in February, a used car with expensive oversized tires. Later found out the spare is damaged and, should we ever need to use it, the rim would probably disintegrate due to damage. I have called about 10 times, left voicemails with the salesman and the manager, texted with several people probably 20 times. They keep promising to follow up but never do. Obviously they are trying to stall until the warranty wears out.

Still waiting two hours later even though they’ve asked FIVE TIMES for her social security number 🙄 Completely ridiculous that it’s taking this long. Bunch of idiots running this place. Up until this purchase I had good success with Autonation dealers. We had purchased multiple vehicles from them. We purchased a used Yukon that was certified and had apparently been completely inspected and was sold as Certified Pre-owned. Upon getting the vehicle home, we had lost all rear tailights, front charge ports, sunroof, center console wireless charger, and running boards. The dealer did get us connected with a GM dealership to handle repairs under their 4k mile warrant. They did an alright job, but had the vehicle for over a month and Autonation would not provide any further assistance. To date, the powered running boards and center console wireless charger still do not function. Upon picking up the vehicle, the factory GM air suspension failed. There was zero chance this vehicle was fully inspected as one of the struts had been collapsed with old grease exposed. That was a substantial expense. The transfer case also began to leak and has continued to be an issue even after paying to have it serviced by another dealership. Autonation was difficult to work with on this and will likely not get another sale from me or anyone I come into contact with. On a positive note, our salesman was a gentleman named Job, who did an absolutely stellar job in the purchase process. He tried as much as he could during he after-purchase service and attempted repairs, but was limited in what he could do.

My wife and I brought our Honda here for warranty service through Autonation’s Care program. The service advisor (Peter Hensley) was nice and communicative until it was actually necessary. I was told up front, there’s a $170 diagnosis fee and a $250 deductible; but the fee goes toward the deductible so it’s not that bad. Initially there seemed to be some issue with Peter getting the work covered under warranty but eventually that worked out. However the problem began when the work was done. We drop the car back off on a Friday because the work is scheduled for Saturday morning. Peter explained that in order to receive our car back, the warranty company needed us to pay the $250 even though I had already paid $170 of it. This was a Saturday so the warranty company wasn’t open for me to find out why but Peter insisted that they would reimburse me once I talked to them. However when he learned ON FRIDAY that we would have to pay, he failed to let us know because it was time for him to clock out for the day. There was still time for me to get it worked out if a simple text or call would have come through. But no, Peter had already made one last call, so he decided that’s enough and we (the customer) can wait. So we get there to pick up the car and no one will even let my wife talk to anyone about this situation. They wanted the card swiped and that’s it. I call the warranty company Monday morning and turns out Peter forgot to advise them that there was an hour of diagnosis already paid for. THAT WAS IT! No long drawn out explanation or twists in the story. HE. DIDN’T. TELL THEM. All Peter Hensley had to do was tell them about that and they would’ve allowed me to pay the remainder of the $250 owed. Instead I had to take more time out of my schedule to handle it and I now get to wait a few weeks until the reimbursement is even issued. Not a single apology, not even a handshake from a manager; nothing was done about this mess that had a very very simple solution. We found a car that we wanted but I’d rather have another autonation store transfer it for us because I’ll never go back there. I wish no harm on anyone so I hope Peter has the day/month/year he deserves.

Instead of identifying the issue and correcting the problem they compared to another vehicle of same model year and determined that rattle is ‘normal’. So they compared another piece of junk to my piece of junk and determined, ‘yep you bought a piece of junk from us.’ Next time, Toyota all the way.

Generally this location is very good but one particular salesman Ahmed is very rude and arrogant. I have dealt with him 2 times and both times, it was very non customer focused conversation. I don’t know why the dealership is still carrying such salesman who is not interested in selling. His behavior is like I am doing a favor by selling you car. My daughter needed a good car. We tried several places. Some places had like 3-4 sales associate on you at on time trying to sell you the most expensive car on the lot & or just anything they could & not the best car for you & your needs. We reached out to Honda Nation & met a nice young gentlemen named Wolf. Kind, calm, & we didnt feel rushed or bumbarded with hundreds of sales calls. But still got great customer service, with a few different options & ways to go about our purchase. My daughter didnt have much credit & was a first time buyer. Wolf & his finance associate were able to get her a new car instead of used car with alot of miles, great warranty. The payments were a little higher then we we were looking for. But we appreciated Wolfs honesty. Didnt make us feel like no one would sell us a car, like other places made it sound like. Came to us with the bad news & good news of things...Its not always about what you say , its how you say it. We appreciated that about Wolf. I will say that Wolf is also probably one of the reasons we bought the car there. Good guy... Not this hyped sell you anything salesman...

SUSPICIOUS MODEL SWITCH - We were promised a 2023 Honda Accord Sport L Hybrid, guaranteed to be available/delivered in a month. We agreed on a price (for that model), confirmed everything and signed a deal in good faith. At that point we stopped looking for a car since we thought we had this one. A month later the dealer called us and said the car was in and we can pick it up. Asked for the VIN and called our insurance to get coverage on the new car prior to getting it. Insurance told us the VIN did not match. Called the dealer. Surprise Surprise - the car they had for us was suspiciously switched to a lower priced model. Dealer said we could take this one - or wait another 2 months for our preferred model. Was this an honest mistake or a disingenuous last minute bait and switch? Best to avoid this dealership.

I bought my 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback from this dealership back in November of 2021. After a year of ownership, I started having some issues with my vehicle. I took my car in this week to see if they can come up with a solution about what was going on with it. Mike and Christine made this whole process very comfortable for me. The issue I was having with my car was something relatively new to the 11th generation Civic. When I voiced my concerns that what was happening wasn’t normal/safe (even after they drove it around), they got others from Honda involved to make sure this issue was fixed. After a couple days of excellent communication back and forth, I was able to take my car back home today! My technician Roger, thoroughly explained everything that was done to my vehicle and reassured me that detailed notes where taken so that if this happens again we knew where to start! I appreciate that this team of individuals took the time to make me feel involved and heard during the entire process. I will definitely be coming back for future services.

Purchased and Audi from this location and was promised they would order a 2nd key. After months of run around no 2nd key. The finance person WAY over sold the extended warranty and told me the deductible was $250, WRONG it is $500. I asked for a document to outline the coverage and was told I would receive everything in the mail within 2 weeks (my fault for moving forward)..........UPDATE....The number you provided was a general number. No operator to connect. Ended up in parts and sent back to the options. When you hit 4 to get a listing of extensions it doesn't recognize 4 and kicks you back then dropped the call. Very poor business and service!

UPDATE: The dealership responded and asked me to call and speaks with the General Manager. I did so and have left messages but have never received a call back. It’s really unfortunate AutoNation Honda Lewisville has chosen to take such a combative approach with customers. I had an appointment for A1 service for my my 2022 Civic. When I arrived for my appoinment, I was ignored for over 10 min upon arrival, while customers who arrived after me were helped. Once Cynthia Cortez began helping me, she was immediately combative and told me that James would be taking care of me from here on out (i.e., before I had said anything more than, "Hello," to her). She refused to accept the mileage I told her, demanding to see it for herself. Once she did, she stated, "Huh." She then told me it would be 3 hr for an oil change, wagging her finger at me that she had to help the people with appointments. I reminded her that I did, in fact, have an appointment, and that an oil change and tire rotation typically took about an hour and a half. She again lectured me while wagging her finger at me that I should have come in a different day. She then told me I could leave and pick-up my car later, using the shuttle. I said that wouldn't really work and I would wait. She then provided her tablet for me to approve service, which I reminded her should be A1, including a tire rotation. When my car was ready nearly 3 hr later, I noticed the tires weren't rotated. I asked James if the tires were rotated and he said they weren't and asked if I requested that. I stated I requested A1 service, which includes a tire rotation. He asked if he checked me in and if I would be willing to pay for tire rotation. I told him of course I would be willing to pay for tire rotation and Cynthia checked me in but told me he would be "taking care of me." He said he could probably get me in but he didn't know how long it would take.

Shaela Phillips, my Service Advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and was super easy to deal with. She saw me early and got me out early. I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Upon evaluation, they found the best tires were in place and a rotation wasn't need. Normally one needs to watch out for recommended services that aren't needed. Here it's just the opposite. You don't see enough service business that are this ethical. Highly recomended.

I've been shopping for a Honda Accord near DFW. Every dealer I've visited are playing the "take advantage of the current inflation and lack of supply" game. What a scam. Honda manufacturer has one MSRP and these dealers have a much higher MSRP. I hope people don't forget which dealers are truly wanting to build a longterm relationship with their clients and which dealers are taking advantage of their community. Auto Nation Honda in Lewisville had the lowest MSRP, equivalent to the manufacturer. Thanks for that. You have earned a customer and my relationship.

The service center is horrible here. I had to replace some lug nuts on my tires and purchased them from the dealership. When I asked them if they would simply screw on the lug nuts the employee tried to tell me that they were going to charge me $25 to screw on some bolts. A service which should be free considering I have purchased a vehicle and the parts from this dealership. When I had previously come here to get my skid plate replaced I was only charged $7 for a screw replacement and not for the actual service. I’m very disappointed in the rudeness and low quality service of this dealership.

I submitted my vehicle information to the Autonation website to sell it. Autonation routed my quote to the Frisco location. I called, texted and emailed Autonation Lewisville and confirmed they would buy my vehicle for the quote. They said both verbally and in writing they would provided the car was as represented. I drove (and had a friend follow me) an hour to get there. They kept me waiting for nearly another hour before telling me there was no issue with the condition of my car, they just weren't going to honor the quote and offered to buy it for $2500 less. The salesman confirmed there was no issue with the condition of the car, and said the manager just wasn't going to honor the quote. I drove another 20 minutes to Autonation Frisco and they DID honor the original quote. I wouldn't waste my time visiting with this dealership. They did me wrong why would they treat you any different?

THE SERVICE DEPTARTMENT IS HORRIBLE HERE.!!! Do not buy the service package or warranty! Will take several months for anyone to even answer you. I went up there and nobody, and I mean not 1 person asked if they could help me. I stopped one of the people walking by me, and they seemed to know which car I needed help with, yet no one is willing to assist. They just walked by! My personal service rep is Mike Malone he is horrible too. He does not return calls, and he also just walks right by you when another employee tells him you want to talk with him. Didn't acknowledge me at all. It took 3 MONTHS to get a tire and rim!!! It's just horrible!!! And the phone just rings and rings, and when you do get someone, it's a call center. I've even called and asked to speak to the manager and never got a call back!!! Fraudulent people and company!!

REVIEW OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT (NOT SALES) I had agreed to pay $170 for diagnostics, and they added a $25 fee for "shop supplies". I had never agreed to this fee. They ultimately agreed to remove it "one time", but I had to argue with them. I guess "one time" means they'll charge me next time? but this won't be a problem ;) PS -- they didn't use any shop supplies. I went in to repair a sliding door on my mini van. They diagnosed without even disassembling it. Shady!!

Great repair of our 2017 Honda CRV. And it was 100% covered under warranty. However, we drove the car for three weeks before we got stranded and had the car with 45K miles on it towed to Autonation in Lewisville. We had to drive car for three weeks before we got it towed in because that is how long it took to get a live person at Lewisville to answer the phone. The call center for Autonation is useless, all they can say is to ask if I would like to schedule an appointment. Finally, after 3 weeks the auto emergency brake locked up the rear wheels and we had to have it towed without an appointment. Once the got the car, however, service was 5 star.

When I took my car in I was assigned a consultant to handle my case. She knew nothing about car repair and was just pushing the information about what might need to be done through text message. When I finally called to actually talk to someone about what actually needed to be done she had to transfer me to the mechanic. He was very helpful. When the repair ended up being quite expensive, I asked her to hold off on the repair and asked that she get me a quote to trade in my car. Even though it was literally 5 minutes after I had given the go ahead to the mechanic, she said they had already started so they couldn't hold off. She did say she would bring in a sales person to get me a trade-in price, but I never heard from anyone. I was not thrilled with my service.

If their sales department is anything like their service department stay away from this place. My daughter recently broke down and called them, letting them know she was having her car tolled there to be fixed , letting them know it was a Hyundai. She called there after the car was towed and was told her car wasn’t there. After getting friend to take her up there she found her car sitting their parking lot. A salesman came up to her, she told him that she needed her car fixed and he took her keys and told her he would get it taken care of. After 3 days and not hearing anything from them, she called back up there, and was told her car wasn’t in their system to be fixed. She once again told them the car was there and who she gave her keys too. After another of hearing nothing she called back several times and no one would return her calls. When finally got ahold of someone they told her they couldn’t find her keys and that she needed to get with person she gave them too. Like it was her fault they couldn’t find the keys. So after her car sat a week, she finally gets to talk to a manager, she was told that they did find her keys, but they don’t work on Hyundai’s. They knew she had a Hyundai from day 1, but nobody cared to tell her that. Needless to say it was a very expensive week for her, having to have her car tolled twice and having to pay for a Uber all week to go to work. THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Upon arrival, I was met by an Angel named Shaela Phillips and her staff. Shaela, Carlos and Huan(Lead/Supervisor) went above and beyond understanding my concerns and were very compassionate. Not only were they compassionate, they went above and beyond to solve the matter and give me my Peace of mind back. I came with pre approval from my bank. Today I get a letter from a completely different financial company congratulating me on my loan. They never bothered to tell me they switched financing. We’re unhappy with a Lewisville Honda interaction for 4 reasons: 1. Bad repair 2. Unfairly charge us $169.95 3. Stolen power inverter 4. Would not respond to our calls In July we drove our Odyssey from Illinois to FlowerMound to visit family for a week; smelled gas very strong, so took to Lewisville Honda on the Monday. We stated strong gas smell and if they can fix the sliding door this week we want that done. Stated same in multiple additional conversations during the week… if the door can be fixed this week we want that done. Fast forward to Friday afternoon: fuel pump fixed under recall, but door is not fixed and Lewisville Honda wants a $169.95 diagnostic fee. We drove it to FlowerMound Friday evening and packed for our 12 hour drive back to IL. Saturday morning we drove half mile and car stalls out, as fuel line retention clip is not secure and has popped off the fuel pump. Fuel was pouring all over the street in a small river. Lewisville Honda sent a wrecker, but did not give priority to the simple fix, while knowing we need to drive 12 hours that day. We’re not on the road to IL until 2.30pm…. for a 12 hour drive! Once under way, we realized either Lewisville Honda or their preferred wrecker stole our power inverter that morning. Then we could not charge phones on the 12 hour drive. Lewisville Honda would not respond to our repeated attempts to call and discuss what happened. We appreciate they did eventually get the fuel problem fixed, they gassed it up, and Cynthia was pleasant to talk with. But for the 4 reasons mentioned above, Lewisville Honda gets one star out of 5

We stated strong gas smell and if they can fix the sliding door this week we want that done. Stated same in multiple additional conversations during the week… if the door can be fixed this week we want that done. Fast forward to Friday afternoon: fuel pump fixed under recall, but door is not fixed and Lewisville Honda wants a $169.95 diagnostic fee. We drove it to FlowerMound Friday evening and packed for our 12 hour drive back to IL. Saturday morning we drove half mile and car stalls out, as fuel line retention clip is not secure and has popped off the fuel pump. Fuel was pouring all over the street in a small river. Lewisville Honda sent a wrecker, but did not give priority to the simple fix, while knowing we need to drive 12 hours that day. We’re not on the road to IL until 2.30pm…. for a 12 hour drive! Once under way, we realized either Lewisville Honda or their preferred wrecker stole our power inverter that morning. Then we could not charge phones on the 12 hour drive. Lewisville Honda would not respond to our repeated attempts to call and discuss what happened. We appreciate they did eventually get the fuel problem fixed, they gassed it up, and Cynthia was pleasant to talk with. But for the 4 reasons mentioned above, Lewisville Honda gets one star of 5

This dealership is an auto nation company. They are suppose to be able to transfere from one dealership to another but to no avail it failed to live up to what they advertised. I located one out of state at another auto nation, talked to a salesman at this dealership. This was on a Monday, he stated he sent the paperwork to the other dealership. He also told me don't worry about they won't sell it. Four days later walked into dealership and to no avail you guessed it the other place sold it. Auto nation is becoming another ordinary dealership.

Great service and friendly atmosphere! On Monday I brought my Honda HRV in for service. Ashley was my service representative and informed me that the service would take 1.5 hours. I had my toddler grandson with me and elected to wait in the waiting area. Everyone was so kind as my toddler and I walked laps in the showroom area and had our snack in the lounge. Ashley had my car done early and we left with my grandson tired but still smiling.

Came to dealership on a Saturday to have oil change, tires rotated and aligned. Five days later as we were preparing for a long distance trip, the Service light came on sayings maintenance was required. So the next day instead of packing the car I was back at the dealership to get the oil light reset ( which reset the maintenance light). Then an hour into our trip, the tire light came on Indicating low pressure. Added air to the tires (we had to pay to use the air machine) and the light never reset. So instead of continuing our trip, we had to search out a dealership who reset the tire sensors for us. Car was fine after that, but needing to stop for things that should have been done at the time of service put us two hours behind on the scheduled trip. Very disappointed as I had told the service tech we needed the car ready for a trip. He assured me it was ready to go when it was not.

I went to the agency today looking for a new vehicle to potentially buy with my husband, but I was disappointed with the service that we received from one of the salesman. His name was Martin. He was constantly on his phone while trying to describe the cars that he was showing us and he kept ignoring our questions looking very unhappy of his job. I purchased a vehicle from them and it was certified pre-owned. Within a week the vehicle started having issues with the stereo system. I told my salesma. Val and he suggested I bring it to the service department. The service department told me I would need to pay a $195 diagnostic fee and leave the car for a few days. I asked about a loaner vehicle as I have 2 children in car seats, they said no. After googling the issue it appears to be a common problem with some Honda vehicles. I notified Val, Ahmad, and Taylor the finance guy. Not one of them called me back. I could get Val to answer texts but no resolution or help. Finally I asked about returning the vehicle and decided to reach out to Honda of Denton. With 5 minutes they told me it was a common issue, set up an appointment to bring the car in and told me it was covered under warranty. They were more helpful in that 5 minutes than Lewisville has been in 2 weeks. I highly recommend working with Denton instead of Lewisville.

I never have an issue when I visit this dealership. Everyone is nice, the environment is peaceful and the service advisors are actually HONEST! I purchased a Honda from David Mac David Honda in Frisco and they are some class A Jerks! I traded that Honda in for the one that I have now, at David Mc David in Irving. My sales experience was amazing, but literally 20 days after my purchase they started hounding me to buy a new car. Additionally, one of their techs forgot to R&I the cap after completing my oil change, so I had oil all over my engine and my right fender. Needless to say, they remedied the situation, BUT the service advisor was upset with me when I gave them a 9/10 on a survey, and he sent a scathing email to let me know how he felt! Now that’s high quality customer service….. I’m kidding. I say all of this to say that the staff at Auto Nation Lewisville/Honda is great and I haven’t had an unpleasant experience and as long as I own and Honda and live in dreadful texas, I will continue to take my car to them.

My experience was good and bad. The good: Sean Song was the one who sold us the vehicle. He bent over backwards to help us out worked so hard to make sure the whole process was quick and efficient and met our needs and timelines. The bad: The issue came after agreeing to the purchase and filling out all of the paperwork. The managers are very pushy with warranty upsells. I could not have been more firm with my "no" that we didn't have time and didn't need it, but they continued to pressure. Even after explaining I was on a time crunch, they only seemed to care about their own agenda, and I was not heard or treated as a customer but a sales opportunity. I missed lunch and was late to a weekend retreat because of their selfishness. This turned what should have been a great experience into frustration.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Mo about two weeks ago at Honda of Lewisville. We thought they were a good, reliable dealership but they are all shady! Our vehicle had a light about a tire sensor. They assured us it was nothing to worry about and that we would just need to take it back to get fixed. Mo reached out to my husband to tell him the part was in and to meet him at the dealer 8 am. My husband got to the dealership around 7:45 am…Hours later, no Mo!!!!! He never show up, my husband tried to tell the service department what was going on but Mo obviously said nothing to no one, they didn’t have the part, Honda of Lewisville ended up taking the car to the Jaguar dealership around noon! My husband proceeded to ask for updates on our car and they couldn’t tell home anything. Honda of Lewisville ended up dropping my husband off at the Jaguar dealership without any explanation or assistance… YES THEY LITERALLY DROPPED HIM OFF and left him!!!! I have called several times trying to reach someone and no one answers or helps! I haven’t even talked about the extra key that they owe us but apparently lost. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Walk away immediately. This dealership is beyond unethical, deceiving and unprofessional to say the least. They do not own up to their employees mistakes and take advantage of those who act on good faith to do the right thing to get matters resolved. All of this is completely true and everyone should know how things are handled on a customer level. I ask that you look at all reviews and definitely take your vehicle to get a 2nd opinion if you're actually considering of buying from this dealership. Two months ago, my husband and I found a RAM 2500 turbo diesel that was supposedly a steal. Our car sales representative was Doug. I will have to say he acted as if he really emphasized with our situation and that my husband was disabled when helping us through the buying process. Within the first two weeks my husband living in Roxton and I living in DFW texted Doug and told him there was a check engine light for the turbo diesel. When sharing images by text. Doug went to his master technician and asked him about our inquiry. He was asked if it flashed and we told him no it comes on and off. Doug stated his master technician sad nothing to worry about. ?????? Next when visiting on only weekends and riding as a passenger I noticed more small items wrong. I told my husband to ask Doug where to take the vehivle. Doug sent us 90 miles from our land where my husband took to Greenville Nissan and was told by the service dept they can't help. ( master technician from Honda Autonation) recommended Nissan to do the work. During this time my husband asked if we could just take to a Dodge dealership that would covered under warranty for this truck. Doug stated he would ask and get back with my husband. After some more texts messages and getting moved from Garland to Roxton, my husband takes to the next closest dealership in Paris which is 30 miles away. Here we are told there are many different internal issues needing repairs such as: One of them having to do with the turbo diesel engine, rotors, brakes, back left shock is leaking and the u joints need to be replaced. Windshield wiper fluid box is cracked. (Just to a few things) Now you tell me they did an inspection on this 49k vehicle. The entire time Doug expressing, no problem you have a 90 day certified guarante. Finally, we take to the dealership in Paris and we've had it there since last Wednesday and Autonation says it's over the mileage allowed of 4k by 86 miles. Hmmm.....I wonder why??? Maybe because we went on a wild goose chase taking it to the dealership in Greenville where they can't help us. Autonation will not help us and said there is nothing they can do. So you're not going to evaluate the entire process that my disabled husband tried the entre time to get a straight answer ? We live 100 miles feom this dealership. It's not we can just drive everywhere to get answers. Your ethical practices and not homing in to do the right thing is completely unacceptable and unethical working with those with disabilities. We believed your team of experts and the reviews you have posted would demonstrate your true character. I know all things are possible with prayer and I really do hope this message brings awareness to unethical and unfair practices. Turn away and find your next vehicle somewhere that a dealership honors your money and stays true to their word. Last week I spoke to the GM in person, Richard Arrendo and he had nothing to do with us nor want to make any effort to help. I asked for the regional who is Jim Stigliano and was told last Friday that this was a no brainer and should rightfully be approved for the inconvenience. I was told it would be possible just needed time. Got a call today from Ali the sales manager, corporate will not approve. Over 86 miles. Why are we going through all this for being mislead by your master technician, sales rep and now by your entire staff? This place needs to be inspected for fair housing practices as well as from the corporate office. People should be held responsible for their actions and yall should do the right thing

I came in for an oil change for my ‘22 civic sport and was needing to get it done before leaving on a road trip. Ryen in service went ahead and took care of everything for me. After the oil change, he let me know I was missing a part (that wasn’t entirely necessary). I still wanted to know how to get it replaced so he helped me the entire way and told me which parts I needed to order and outlined step by step how to go about it since I know nothing about cars. The service here use to be amazing but here lately it is crap. First, you will wait 30-45 minutes to be helped even when you have an appointment. There are several advisors not doing anything. It seems as if the only one working is James, the elder of them all. They ordered a tire for my car over a week ago. We’ve been trying to get in touch with them to find out if it’s in or not. No one answers. We’ve left numerous messages for James and the service manager with no return calls. Finally, some one in parts transfers is to James who leaves us on an endless hold because he states he has a client in front of him. This place has turned into a total dump. I saw it but had faith that they would still provide service like in the past. Staff shortages are real but it doesn’t make you provide awful service to long lasting and repeated clients. I’m DONE!!! Please do not use them. Save yourself from a headache!!

Bought a car from here in December 2021. The grille was cracked, and every sales member, manager, and finance man that I spoke to all assured me that they would order the new grille and replace it. A few weeks go by, I call and ask my sales member, she says she'll check. I call again; she says it's on back order. I call weeks later and get the run around from people. Then someone tells me they can't fix it because it's been too long. They transfer me to someone else. He says he'll get the part ordered, and I should hear from the service department in a week. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then, nobody will return my emails or voicemails. I called my bank and opened a dealer dispute, and they told the bank they would work with me directly. But surprise, I have not gotten a single call back.

Be really careful when you do business with them. They are crooks. The sold me a 2018 Honda Accord with 56098 miles on it. When we signed the paper the mileage stated was 51656. I asked if everything was double check and they said of course. After 45 miles I noticed the vehicle was not worth 26K. Went back and I told them that I wasn’t happy and I will like to use the 5 days or 250 miles used card money back. I was told that I drove 5,000 in 1 day and that deal is gone. I told I have proof that the vehicle had only be driven 45 miles. I pulled the state inspection they left inside the vehicle with the correct mileage, once I showed them the documents they were speechless and ran inside the office. They tried to bully me in keeping the vehicle saying it my fault for not checking and since I signed documents the vehicle is mine and they have nothing to do with it. I wonder how many people they screwed over because they were not willing to stand up to a crooked GM

I recently bought a 2011 Mazda CX-9 from them and about a week after I did this I was swarmed with scam calls. The ones about " We have been trying to contact you about you cars extended warranty" type calls. Originally I didn't think anything of it. Today however I received not one but two letters in the email about about my cars extended warranty. Here is the kicker. Both letters mention the exact car that I bought. A 2011 Mazda CX-9. Now I bought the car with cash. The only way these scammers could have gotten my address, phone number, name, and the car I recently bought is from Autonation. I didn't finance through them or a outside company so there is no one else with that type of information. To add insult to injury ever since I bought the Car I have been receiving text messages from these "Hot Singles In Your area" scammers as well. Don't your car elsewhere or they will sell your information to scammers.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But I truly believe I need to. Look, during these Covid19 times, I get it. Inventory is low and no one is truly offering a discount, but that isn't my gripe. I feel deceived and lied to, after agreeing on everything and waiting about 3-4 weeks for the car to arrive from the Manufacturer. In a nutshell, they told me they would give me XXX amount for my trade in, and they will pay off my remaining balance of 2K. I was told multiple times during the negotiation process. By the salesman and by the Sales Manager. "We will give you X value, and we will pay off the remaining balance with no impact to the value we gave you" Seems pretty straight forward and I was happy with what was promised to me. The day came when the car was finally available. I go to the dealer and they pull out the quote and everything was smooth sailing. I agree and I say, great, lets get this moving. So I am now sitting with the finance rep. Keep in mind, I show up at 130pm and it is now 430PM by this point. Hes going through the numbers and he says. Is there a payoff I said, Yes, its this and I was promised that the value to put into the new car will not be affected as they will pay off the remaining balance separately (By the way the total value of the car if they just gave me what they promised me, wouldve still been about 300 USD lower than what carmax was wiling to give me, I wanted to trade in to save on taxes). Finance guy says...I was not informed by this..he goes to his boss, and he comes back and said..we cant do that. I call the salesguy I was working with, he knocks at the finance guys door, and the salesguy says..yes we told him that. But the finance guy tells the sales guy in front of me...we cant do what you told this guy. Im upset at this point, because of all the waiting and now we are at the finish line, Im being told pretty much what was promised to me is not happening. Im walking out clearly upset, sales guy says..Ill call my manager he isnt here...we will work this out. Only to be texted an hour or so later that technically they cant do what they promised me. RIght here...This right here..is one of the reasons why so many people hate dealing with car folks!!! Finance guy kept saying its a miscommunication. That isnt a miscommunication. That is straight deceiving a potential buyer, hoping that I would be stupid and emotional and just go with whatever they say. I know with covid we are all struggling, but this place left a really bad taste in my mouth and I feel lied to and my time wasted. Go somewhere else!!!

Stopped in at Autonation late one day during holidays, New Years Eve when they only had 2 service advisors working and one of them Michael Malone, was kind enough to help me out. Although I had to leave my car overnight he made sure I could get a ride home and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up the next day. Repair wasn’t a quick fix as I needed a new starter. Michael has helped me in the past and I find him to be honest and thorough. I only get my car serviced at this same dealership.

i purchased a car from this dealership. sale department and fiance manager are great. the service department is horrendous. my car ended having some minor issues that needed repair. so i took the car in and they said it will need to stay for a few days. which is fine. 2 days pass by with no updates. i called and called finally someone responded and then im told they will need my car for until Monday or Tuesday. this is on Thursday that im being told this. im over here paying for a rental now, because the dealership will not provide a loaner. even though they are keeping my car for a week. so fast forward to Monday, i called 8 times and received no information on my car. one lady took my info on the 8th call. no call back. here i am Tuesday morning. from 8:30 til 10am. i have called 6 times and no one response. this crap is pathetic. calling 14 times and no response. the only reponse i got the first time was that my service is on vacation and that the person cant help me. she puts me through the manager and his phone line goes to voice mail. actually i don't even think they have a manager. because every time you call to get an update on your car. the call goes to his phone and the dude never ever answers the phone

Went to get oil change/tire rotation. Arrived early for my 10:20 am appt. took about 30 mins then they got my truck back there to start on it. Not bad for a wait at dealership. Well a hr passes so I start walking around and see that my truck is on the lift, cool any second now. Wait another 30 mins and see it’s in the parking lot awesome it’s done. NOPE. Mr not so friendly and smart alic mike Malone says oh yeah your oil pan plug is stripped so we can’t change your oil. Ok. Did you rotate tires at least? No we can’t work on your truck. So your telling me my truck was back there for almost 2 hrs for nothing. Because “plug was stripped”. Wait it gets better. Was told that I need to go to the shop that changed oil last time and tell them it’s stripped. Ok no problem that’s my usual go to. And what ya know they get up under the truck and the plug comes right out. Hm. But I’m waiting for them to call me back. I have left mike Malone direct vmail to his number but no return. Cause it’s time for them to get me back in and make it right. But yeah only reason i came here is cause I had free oil changes and it is the closest autonation. I’ve had one done here a few years ago and it was so much better. Not sure what changed but y’all Need to figure it out.

AutoNation Honda Lewisville - will be contacting BBB as well. An absolute nightmare of an experience would rate negative stars if I could. This is quite the review, and honestly unbelievable if I had not experienced it myself. On 12/8 I decided to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee's value on KBB as I am getting married next month and it's a vehicle we will no longer need. I was just seeing what I could get for the vehicle to get an idea, with no real goal in mind. Now when they say care salesman are sleezy, unethical, immoral, xxxx bags, "they" were describing Medhi at Auto Nation Honda. Medhi called me on 12/8 to express interest in my Jeep. I told him on the phone that I live in Florida for work, and the Jeep was kept in Texas so any sale would involve me flying to Texas to bring the Jeep to AutoNation. Medhi kept in contact via text message (which I have saved and will be sending to AutoNation franchise HQ, as well as the General Manager), Medhi text me on the morning on 12/9 and asked what offers I had on the Jeep already, because "they had extremely low Jeep inventory" (hold on to that thought). I explained I had one offer for $22.5k from a dealership that was 3 hours away from Dallas, so if he could beat or match it I would gladly come to him. Medhi explained via text message that he would "match or beat that price" and that he "agreed to purchase the Jeep". I explained to Medhi that I would have to purchase a plane ticket to sell the Jeep, and confirmed I had a theoretical "deal", Medhi agreed. I checked in with Medhi before I purchased my plane ticket, as well as throughout the week leading up to Friday 12/17. Medhi continually confirmed he wanted the Jeep at $22.5k, I even messaged him on the way to the airport the morning of 12/17 just to confirm once more, which he did. As I land in Houston, Tx at my layover I get a text from Medhi that read "Sorry, management no longer is interested in your Jeep, they said we have enough Jeep inventory".... I was in absolute shock, and I had one more plane to catch to get to Dallas. When I landed in Dallas I drove straight to AutoNation Lewisville where they had no Jeep inventory at all, and Medhi explained that this whole situation was my fault, and that "I should not be stressed since I flew here, did not drive"... I asked to speak to Medhi's boss, which he replied "no". I went office by office until I found Chris, the sales boss. Now Chris, Janet, and the rest of the upper management were great and attempted to fix the situation. I spent the next day traveling across Dallas to try and get a deal close to what Medhi had made me fly all the way out to Dallas for. After wasting an entire day, I could not get an offer close to Autonation. I went back to AutoNation and they finally agreed to purchase the Jeep for $4k less than the original offer, which I had to pay $700 out of pocket to cover the remainder of the loan, $1,000 in plane tickets, and the worst buying experience of my life. I have saved the text messages and learned a valuable lesson in NEVER trust a car salesman's word, especially ones named Medhi from Autonation Lewisville. PLEASE stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere.

I regret buying a vehicle with them. They never call you back and they don't care to help out their customers. Been trying to speak to someone for over 2 months, left messages and no one bothers to return the call. In the facility, the employees just walk by and don't even acknowledge you, only one older gentleman asked me if I was being helped. Worst experience ever, their customer service is the worst. I will never purchase another vehicle there.

I went into AutonNation Honda after speaking to Janet on the 14th of December for prices of civic sports 2022s. After agreeing that they she would be able to come close to a price range that I had in mind, I decided to head on in. Interaction was good, I was told most cars were booked, to fill out a credit app, and they’ll put me on a list to see if someone canceled, and I was also told what the out door number would be. I agreed, filled out an application and left, being told I’d be contacted once car comes. I got a phone call a hour later from a Sales manager saying they had a used civic sport, also 2022 with 3500 miles at another location they could match the finance numbers with. I agreed upon it and headed on in. Once I got there I was shown the total price for the vehicle, and it was marked up by 4500 from the total price of new. I stated my differences and how I wouldn’t be able to move forward due to the huge discrepancies between the price. She stated it was a market mark up, I said no thank you, I’ll wait for the new one. On my way home, I get home, and I got a phone call from Janet stating they got the exact car (2022 accord special edition sonic grey) I wanted and after working out the numbers it would be $4000 down. after asking specifics on the numbers, I agreed without negotiation. I stated to Ali, due to the original deal for the civic of 2k down, and now 4K down for the accord, I needed a week to come up with 4k( I had to cash crypto, they don’t take bitcoin) I was able to give some money down ($1700) and the rest ($2300) by next week. Ali agreed. I stopped by the Dealership the next morning (15th) to drop off $700 with my credit card (s) to show I was serious, with a promise to bring in 1k cash in a few hours when I got the chance. When I showed up at 5:50, I was brushed off by the finance manager to bring the money altogether later “ as they don’t collect a little bit of money at a time” I told him about the agreement Ali and I had, and I’d rather they have the money in their position as that would complete my part of the the initial agreement. after a half hour of no response. I approached an agent, and was told “she doesn’t know she was just helping earlier” and to ask the manager. I went to the manager and he said he was sorry it was taking long but he “only had 2 people.” I did tell him I understand and I was just here to drop off money and it’s taking forever. He said he would try to hurry up, and proceeded us to wait another 30 mins. In between the wait, a guy approached me and the person that accompanied me with small talk, which led to discussing the vehicles we were seeking out. He mentioned he checked out the car I was purchasing, and was maybe purchasing it. In my mind I thought he was joking as that couldn’t be real, as I was closing on the vehicle. I brushed it off and kept waiting. Then I saw them putting temp tags on the car. I approached the rep who was putting these tags on and I asked him if they sold the vehicle and he said yes I have to talk to the manager. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. These guys really settled on loan terms, took my down payment on a car and sold the same car to someone else in a matter of hours. I already didn’t like dealerships, and now I’m forever scared. I had a new battery installed about a month ago, and it failed within that time. After getting a jump I drove to AutoNation and they replaced my month old battery with a new one no questions asked. I inquired if other customers had similar problems with their new batteries, and they said occasionally a new battery will fail but that’s the exception not the norm. Took about 30 minutes to replace. Very pleased with their service and quick action.

Tried buying 2 different cars from this place one preowned an one brand new , and in both cases everything went fine until they found out I had my own financing.!.! All I needed was a buyers agreement and a title agreement sent to my bank an done deal.!.! They lied multiple times saying they would send the documents but NEVER answered my calls or returned any of them.!.! My suggestion is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FINANCING because once they see that they can’t OVER CHARGE you with there own banks with interest rates then your useless to them.!.! And don’t t waist your time telling me how much your sorry I had a bad experience and you’d like to make this right I’ve read the other bad reviews and see how it’s all the same experience , no one at this place even cares enough or respects peoples time enough to return a phone call.!.! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the top of the company down to the bottom of the barrel.!.!

I purchased a VW Tiguan from AutoNation Honda Lewisville yesterday. From the beginning, Sonny made the process so easy by getting me the cost breakdown via email before I even got there. When I got there, I was greeted by two gentlemen that had nothing to do with my purchase, but already knew what I was there for. They already had the car pulled up, my credit run and immediately took my trade in for evaluation. Sonny and Isaiah worked amazing as a team, keeping us entertained while we waiting and made it a very personal and fun experience. They instantly got me where I wanted to be with financing, completely hassle-free. When it came down to signing the paperwork, Andy (the finance manager), was so personable and made that process entertaining as well. All around 5 out of 5 highly recommend. That was, by far, the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Do not buy are vehicle from them, bought a car put 1,200 miles on it and it broke down 1/2 way to my destination. Brought it to a mechanic and he said the oil pan is full of metal flakes. Called the dealership and of course there’s nothing they can do, Apparently if this would have happened within 250 miles or 5 days they would have taken care of it. I don’t care what world you live in that’s not right. So I will find every way to let people know not to purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Honda Leesville Texas. Last 8# of Vin 41113016

Terrible experience at this service center. Never even will go there. Waste of time and money. They scheduled my oil change one time and it took 3.5 hrs. Other time they took my van and said it will be done and weh I spoke to the advisor she said it will take few days and I was waiting 2 hrs no pickup and drop off service so I have to bring my van back with out service. Price is too high and terrible experience and terrible service.

We purchased a car in early August with cash for my daughter that is over 18. First: we called to see if a car on the website was there we were told it was. We said we would be right there and arrived 20 minutes later. We got down there and it was sold and gone(so obviously spoken for when we called). Sales tactic that makes me sick. We found car as my daughter needed one so I guess it worked. Congratulations. That in itself was only kind of minor in my mind until stuff started stacking up. Second thing: there was some hail damage on the car that wasn’t disclosed and we did not see until a few weeks after. We were even steered away from another car we were interested in by being told it had hail damage, we never saw that car. We found a vehicle that worked and purchased it. We were told that the plates would be slightly delayed due to covid but her temp tag was good until Early October. I called in late Sept to follow up as we still had heard nothing. Without checking I was told that the plates were not in and would likely be in the second week of October just a few days after her tags would expire and she would be ok until then. My daughter then called in October to check on the plates and was told they were not in. She did not know to ask for the temporary tag to be updated nor was it offered. In early November she was pulled over and almost given a ticket for her expired tag. I called again a few days ago to check status and was asked if her tag expired which I replied yes and was told to have her come in AND THEN they would check for her plates. I asked why he couldn’t go check while I was on the phone. To which I got a hesitate ok then silence. Then he said he would call me back but didn’t ask for my number and I asked’” don’t you need my number?” I was told no he had it in a very out out kind of way. At this point I am very irritated but did get the call back, that was not at all friendly, that the plates were in and we could come get them. The next day we stopped by and my daughter went in to collect them but was rudely questioned about if the car was hers (twice) and when her name wasn’t the first on the tags(mine was, different last name) was told they weren’t there. My daughter told her my name and low and behold they were there. No one offered to install the plates so she and I did it. I checked the registration tag when we got home and it was dated effective 8/27/21. I have a hard time believing the plates too an additional 2.5 months to get to the dealership from that date. I will not shop at this dealership ever again.

I sold them my vehicle. The check was issued and I was assured it would be available to deposit . This is the next day and still not able to deposit. I’ve left messages on the GM’s phone and texted the “salesman”. No reply! I have salesman in parentheses as he definitely shouldn’t be a salesman. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and I worked at a dealership for 20 years. I can guarantee this would not have happened where I worked!!! It was also a Honda Dealership.

STAY AWAY ...IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND I bought a Honda Pilot from this dealership on April 2021. They added all the unwanted protection plans for the new car and sold the car to me with higher price. Till date am struggling to get the protection plans removed from my total finance amount. Nobody was reachable from this dealership once i got the car. Simply they don't care. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY COST.

When I first arrived, I saw their posters touting excellent service but I was a bit dubious because, after all, ANYONE could CLAIM that. However, my experience with AutoNation Honda Louisville exceeded what I could’ve hoped for! Their customer service was excellent; they definitely earned their claim! They proved to me that they cared about me as an individual and not just a number. (The Service Manager called me himself to update me on the progress of my car’s repair.) They listened to me, offered suggestions and took good care of me. And they stand behind their work.

At the time I purchased my vehicle, I left a 5-star rating. Excellent pre-sale experience. I had questions, though, immediately after the sale (three of which I had asked at the time of the sale and been promised by Jay that he would get answered). For the last two weeks, I have left over 7 messages to Jay (sales person) and Taylor (sales manager). Jay made 2 post-sale appointments with me and did not show up to either one, and he has not responded to numerous voice mails or emails. After a week of no response from Jay, I followed up with two emails to Taylor and was similarly ignored. Not a single word out of either of them for weeks. Taylor finally responded but did not fully address my questions; it's now been 2 weeks. In other negative reviews, the organization suggests you call the General Manager. This does not work. I have called, chatted on their website and on their Facebook page - no one will provide me with the name and email of this elusive General Manager. And surprise, surprise - the vehicle is now in the shop for over a week without a diagnosis while the warranty ticks away. They seemed tickled to take my cash, but have provided no interest in my concerns following the sale. This lack of customer service is deplorable. I will not be returning to Autonation in Lewisville.

Don't buy a car from this place they will waste your time and lie. They lied on my loan application and wrote whatever they wanted stating I made less than I actually do. They tried to force me to sign over my car before seeing the financial work sheet. Everytime I went in even when I was told I wouldn't have to wait and once I was the only customer there I still waited 2 hrs plus. They tried to say the car was 1000 miles less than what it was so if I bought the car it would be out of warranty as soon as I left if I didn't check. Then they were rude after their mistakes like I did something wrong when it was them. I called the dealer who sold me my car 6 years ago to look over the deal they were giving me and he said it wasn't good in short and gave me the offer I should be getting(he lives in another state so he has no skin in the game). Once I sent it to this dealership they raised the price 3k on the car which is the price of the car new. I was just irritated that they wasted my time and acted so entitled like I was selling them a car.

Worst car buying experience of my life. The financing department in particular was absolutely dreadful. I had provided all of my information up front the day before I went in to finalize the purchase. Even though they had everything they needed, we were still at the dealership for 3.5 hours sitting around waiting -- during which time the ran my credit with a different auto financing company without my authorization and after I told them that I was going with CapitalOne, and that I did not want to look at other offers. When I finally got in the car to drive away, the driver's side window would not go up or down. It aws stuck halfway open. So they had obviously lied about doing a full inspection of the vehicle. When I finally got the car two days later, I found out that the charging port was faulty, and I could not fully charge the car. So I returned the vehicle to the dealer. They claimed that they would "unwined" my auto loan that day and wire the money back to CapitalOne. I called CapitalOne on Monday, two days after I had returned the vehicle, and the dealer had not even been in contact with CapitalOne. I am currently STILL waiting for them to get the financing straight, and I cannot purchase another vehicle until this is done. So now I am having to borrow vehicles for the next 5 to 10 days because this dealership does not know how to do what they promise. Absolute worst purchasing experience of my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER.

had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am for an oil change. I didn’t receive a phone call until 10:55am to go over what they found during their inspection. I’m not sure why it takes 1.5hrs for an inspection on my car when I had an appointment scheduled a week in advanced. They suggested that I get air filters, ethanol corrosion inhibitor, spark plugs and drive belt during this visit. I told them that I got my spark plugs done July of last year (at a Honda dealership at another location) so that shouldn’t need updated, but would go ahead with the filters and the ethanol corrosion inhibitor. She said she would call me back once my car was finished. I never heard back, so I called the dealership at 3:30pm to find out the status of my car. I tried calling the “check on status” operator, but no one answered. I called back and selected “speak with an operator to schedule an appointment” and I was transferred to the associate who was in charge of my car. The operator said that she would also send a message letting them know to call me back if they did not answer. Which no one did and I never received a call back. I decided to go over there at 4:30pm because I still had not heard back and they are not open on Sunday’s and I didn’t want my car to get stuck there until Monday. I showed up and there were 5 associates standing around chatting and no one acknowledged me. I stood there for about 2 minutes before another associate came and asked how he could help. He went back and pulled my paperwork and got the associate that was assigned to me. She came over and apologized to me about the miscommunication. She went on lunch and thought someone else had called me. She proceeded to walk me over to the cashier and went over my paperwork like there was nothing wrong. I asked to speak to someone because this was absolutely ridiculous. They had my car for 7 hours when I had scheduled an appointment and this service shouldn’t have taken that long. Absolutely unacceptable. The customer liaison just apologized and said I hope you can give us another chance. When I asked if they could do anything to keep my business, she simply offered me $30 off my next service. I just wanted to go home at this point so I said sure and paid my bill. We then waited another 7 minutes before they sent someone to retrieve my car. They pulled it around and I noticed that I didn’t even get the complimentary car cleaning that they offer. The car sitting in the bay next to mine was getting hand cleaned by an associate. Looking at the paperwork, I saw that my car was ready to pick up at 11:25pm. My car had been sitting in the direct sun for 5 hours. I will NOT be returning to get my car serviced here at the Lewisville Honda AutoNation nor will I purchase a new car from them. My money will be spent somewhere else where they value customer service.

This place was absolutely horrible. We drove 5 hours for a car, and while we were two hours into our drive we got told the car sold and it was a POS car anyways and that they had something better. We got there and the numbers were way off and our salesman’s Doug was completely rude and unprofessional to us because we didn’t want to pay $200 more a month on top of what we agreed on. He even made a comment about us not being able to afford it and said he didn’t want his time wasted, then got up and left. He also told us about how they are trained to take pictures of cars from 30ft back so you can’t see the damage. Doug was a complete liar about everything!

Just been there to sell my car today. The guy named MEHDI ZOGHBIA , that i was talking over the phone/email lied over the phone about the pricing. The deal was for $9500 on the phone but when i got there in the evening , he blatantly lied and said it was 9000. I really feel pity for this guy. I cannot imagine to lie to feed my family. Felt really sorry for Mr MEHDI ZOGHBIA. I will never recommend anyone to this dealer and especially Mehdi Zoghbia.

I have been to AutoNation Lewisville 3 times. Each time I had the best experience possible. They exceeded my expectations regarding pricing and wait time. I even brought my young son with me and he enjoyed the environment so much that he even asked me when could we go back. They are very professional from booking the appointment to sending you off with a free gift. They completed the work in 2 hours while another dealership location wanted me to drop off my car with them for 3 days. I live 40 miles away but I would always drive to their location and recommend them to anyone that might be needing a service or to purchase a car.

I was told by the answering service when I made my appointment for my that it would be an hour wait. When I arrived at 10:15am for my appointment, I confirmed with Christine that it would be an hour and she told me it would be ready at 12;30 much to my disliking as I had made plans for noon. I let her know that their answering service needs to be better informed on the wait time so they can make their customers aware. Since I had over two hours to kill, I walked over to Target and much to my surprise I received a text from Christine before 11:15am letting me know my car was ready. I scheduled an appointment for a Recall fix. I called the day before to verify times to drop off. When I arrived (after rearranging work schedules), I was told the part was not in. What a waste of a customer and family time! Autonation Service should have called and asked to reschedule for when the part would arrive, but they did not. I never got a call for part arriving. I left a message for the Service Manager and never got a call back. I had the Recall done at another dealership and since then moved all my warranty service work to them.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord from this dealer on 5/6/2021. The pricing and the car was exactly what I was looking for. The issues started when I went to take delivery. I was promised a 2nd key which they finally had someone come out and do over 2 weeks after purchase. I also test drove the car on 5/5/2021 and pulled the trigger on the deal. Everything was arranged to take delivery on 5/6/2021. I got there and went thru finance. Signed all the paperwork. Well when I went to drive home, there was a big crack in my windshield that wasn't there the day before. I went and got the salesman(Nick) immediately. We had just done a complete walk around and test drive the day before. He went and told his boss(Taylor). They promised to send Safelite out to replace it. I've called and texted them at least 5-6 times since. They keep saying that they are setting it up but nothing as of yet. I should not have to keep reminding a dealer to do their job. I'm pretty sure if I still owed part of the down payment or some other paperwork, they would be blowing my phone up. I bet I magically get a call saying Safelite is on their way after this review is posted LOL

I recently went to the Autonation Honda Lewisville website to get pricing on a new Honda CRV, and had to input my personal information to obtain "see our best price instantly". Satisfied with the price that was offered, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. I later received a follow up call from a sales representative who then emailed me a detailed proposal that included window tint and clear guard, adding $794 to the price that was originally posted. Since their website has no references anywhere that this is a mandatory charge, it turns out that their "best price" is a totally bogus figure. I appealed to management and found that Autonation has absolutely no intention of honoring the "best" pricing that is posted on their website...period. IMHO this is a very dishonorable and deceptive way of doing business, so be well advised.

My last visit was very disappointing concerning it took two hours to get an oil change and they forgot to replace the rear windshield wiper blade so had to return two days later to get the wiper blade. Technician said I had a nail in the sidewall of one tire which was not repairable and needed new tire, I declined and took the car to the dealer where I purchased the tire (had road warranty) and the nail was not punching far enough into the tire to need a new tire. Tire still holding air and did not need to be replaced. Wasted 2 hours on the tire issue. Will still go to AutoNation for service but I hope next visit is better.

Let me start by saying don’t be fooled by the “no haggle online price” for used cars. I had done my research on a car that I wanted and looked various places for the specific vehicle, so I go there I drive the vehicle, it’s great I tell him that I have connections in the industry and that the vehicle is definitely overpriced, he shook it off and tried to tell me about the blue book value when I told him the market value for the car was much lower regardless, anyway the car came with one key fob that was completely messed up, I paid extra on top of the already overpriced vehicle with my financing a warranty for my wheels and tires which included key replacement and I had already seen an issue with my tire when we were there that I noted NEEDED to be fixed ! Of course , the salesman sweet talks you not a problem we will fix it. Then reaches out to ask how it’s going, well let me tell you, my tire hasn’t been fixed or replaced and you haven’t bothered to fix and/or renew my key fobs for my car that I pay every month for warranty on. This dealership is a blind folded joke. The experience will be amazing until you sign those papers, the salesman gets their money, and you’re on the road. Drive pink everyone!! Customer service and retention rate is horrible here because the lack of care !!! Definitely won’t be making another purchase here .

I dropped the vehicle off for routine maintenance. The work was completed relatively quickly and the communication from my representative was excellent. My only criticism is to stop texting on what additional work the mechanic is recommending. I did not see the text for over an hour and it extended the time I had to wait and there was no way I was going to add more time for extra work. on 12/12/2020 I bought a Honda CRV from this store. I was advised to purchase GAP insurance and some other protections services from them and they would lower my loan interest rate. They said I could go back and cancel this services a few weeks after the car purchase. I have gone back to the stores several times (including this morning) and called many times. Nobody would help me. Jenna (sales person without business cards) told me this morning that the finance reps were too busy and don't have time to help me and to go back or call back another day. I came in on Saturday and spoke with Cynthia about receiving a recall notice on my Accord. Cynthia scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. I was in and out in about 90 minutes, which included an inspection and wash, in addition to the handing of the software issue recall. Additionally, she came out a couple of times to give me updates and go over the inspection report. Prompt, polite and professional!

While there was a mix up with my service appointment, Joshua did not miss a beat. He got my car in immediately. All requested service was performed. One thing I forgot to mention was noticed by Josh and added to work order. All maintenance work was explained upon completion. Dealership was clean, chairs in waiting area were spaced for social distancing, all staff & most customers were wearing masks (important to me because of family health issues).

I wouldn’t recommend going here. I bought a Honda Odyssey and I paid cash. I noticed the vehicle online and called to make sure it was available. 1st guy said he would check and call me back. After 30 mins of nothing I called again 2nd guy said he would check and a few mins later he did call back stating it was indeed available. We arrive and all was normal. Good test drive. Price was a bit high but the vehicle seemed worth it. They gave us the out the door cost and off to the bank to grab a certified check. 20 mins later we returned and handed them payment and then things went down hill. They said we want to clean and service the vehicle. I said no thank you due to not having all day. After 30 mins or so they came back stating the car would not be ready until 4. I was unhappy with this because I own a company in Frisco and didn’t want to have to come back. They make excuses after excuse and I said fine I will come back. I called at 4 and what do you know it wasn’t ready. They told me to come pick it up tomorrow. I said no, told them I’d be there at 530 to pick up the van or the check. Once I arrived they said it would be a few more minutes turned into 30. The individual that signed the tile over was nice enough. Stated he had only had the paper work for a few minutes and I believe that he was telling the truth. Got the proper paper work and away we went. I find it shocking their view on customer service. What can you a possible customer learn from this? This dealership believes you should jump thru hoops for them. I don’t work for you. I paid you... you hand over the vehicle it’s that simple. If they can’t make a cash buy go smoothly. I’d hate to see the issues y’all will face when financing. I mean who thinks they are going to have to get the sheriff department involved in order to get a car place to give you your car. Sad and last time I return.

Service advisor #9343 MR James Norris is a unique person who cares about his customers all his Manager Tammie an Ms Christine his supervisor, they a great example of profesional service they actually care for us customers. I didn?t had a way to go home or come back to the dealer to pick up my vehicle but they took care of me and the shuttle driver took me home and poked me up, overall it was a great experience I came back to do the transmission work on my vehicle because Ms Norris took the time to explain everything in detail to me last time I was at the dealer I hope there were more people like him in this world that really care for the customer. I will give him five stars for his excellence.

I ATTEMPTED to purchased a used truck with a one year 12,000 mile warranty from the dealership. I have been searching for that exact truck, trim, and package it came with for a long time so there was no way I was going to pass it up. it had to get an 02 sensor, brakes, and belts changed before I could pick it up (already unprofessional but whatever). Two days later, I picked it up and within three days of driving it, a lifter in the engine went out causing a misfire. I brought it in and they said the dealership the truck was at before noticed the problem and noted it down, but the service technicians at Autonation Honda of lewisville DIDNT CATCH IT which VOIDED THE WARRANTY!??.. are you kidding??? after I purchased the warranty.. they found an excuse to get me out of my warranty because of THEIR OWN LACK OF ATTENTION! then, they had the truck in the shop for a week to run a diagnostic.. talking to the pre owned director, Taylor, when I came to pick it up, it was brought to my attention that they NEVER RAN A DIAGNOSTIC during that time because it was too much money!!.. after about 3 weeks of trying to get this truck figured out, missing work meetings, not being able to go ride and camp, and waiting to see if the dealership would help out in any way, IT DIDNT PASS STATE INSPECTION! so after all this time, they didn't even sell me the truck! I am never going there again. they completely screwed me over and it is not ok. im waiting to hear back about my legal options. til then, I highly encourage the rest of you stay away from this dealership!

The waiting area is very clean, but the tv was in terrible shape and should never had been turned on. The picture was not viewable and so it was an irritant rather than helpful. Most of us were trying to ignore it while reading or using our computers.

Auto nation is just like every other scam artists out there are you by a certified car that has a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty but when it breaks they try and say it’s not covered. The 90 day bumper to bumper warranty is a total lie also don’t fall for the added warranty you can purchase because it won’t cover anything I deeply regret buying might be a call from AutoNation they will just give you the runaround until you’re too tired to deal with it. Update vehicles in for service the second time since we have owned it a little over 90 days had to go back in for one of the same issues still not covered by warranty or anything this dealership is a scam

Upset, that I waited in the dealership for the work to be done. The service admin. called and left a message on my home phone at 11:07 , work order showed that it was completed at 10:37. When I got a service admin. attention it was 12:00 . The admin. did not look for me in waiting area - I had to find them and ask about car as I was late for a noon meeting. She had been to see other customers and when those who were after me were leaving. I had to find them.

I drove 45 minutes from Fort Worth with the impression I had a deal. $2500 down and $240 per month for five years. When I got into the finance office I was told that the only lender they could get me approved with charged 24% making my payments $350 per month. A $10,000 vehicle is now going to cost me $24,000 dollars all said and done. The finance manager said oh you can just refinance it after a year to get your payments down. I felt manipulated and should have walked out but didn't. one day later I recognized how unfairly I had been dealt with and asked to be put in another deal. I have not heard back. I await a phone call.

Look on yelp, the yelp reviews are more believable for this dealership. Here's my first-hand experience with this dealership recently. We had a horrible experience trying to buy a new Honda here. The salesperson you communicate with online and via email will not be who they stick you with when you come in. That way, they don’t need to abide by anything that they said (via email or phone) to get you in the door. They make you sit for hours in their lobby area as they play their delay tactics to increase the odds that you won't walk away from the deal they finally give you. BTW - their lobby has NO hand sanitizer (what kind of business does that during a pandemic!?). Keep you indoors for hours, provide no hand sanitizer and have many of your people walking around wearing face masks under their noses….what could go wrong!? That alone should keep you out of their dealership these days. But add to that the games they play with you to make a good deal for themselves is just deplorable. Think very hard about going here for a new car.

Bought vehicle 2 months ago and still waiting on dealership to fulfill IOU and to get tags. We have called well over 20 times leaving messages, etc and no one ever calls back or follows up. From the salesman, manager, or general manager. Currently they are in breach of contract and could care less. Definitely wouldn’t ever go back. Should have run when the sale was difficult to get the dealership to communicate with us. If it wasn’t for the vehicle we got I would have taken it back and paid more somewhere else just so we could have decent customer service.

They have really demonstrated great customer care and satisfaction so far. Update: gonna take back my comments after latest service experience. As part of the deal when we purchased 2 Accords from them, I was promised that the first oil change will be on them verbally by their sales-person after I found out they tried to low-ball me on the trade-in value of my car (got 2X more at CarMax). Just tried to schedule that 1st oil change but the salesperson could not remember offering that. So now I feel like a liar for a simple oil change which they made me waited 2+ hrs in the dealership while waiting for the salesperson to come in. Salesperson never returned my calls - so I had to go the dealership. Don't think I want to deal with this dealership anymore.

Today, Jan 1, 2021, terrible dealership and customer service. I had an appointment with a salesperson to see two vehicles. One of the vehicles I saw in an advertisement and was ready to purchase once I saw and test drove the vehicle. The second vehicle the salesperson recommended before the visit and I agree to see both cars. Once upon arrival, the salesperson told me that neither car was available to drive. They both needed to have their brakes replaced. He found the second vehicle, but when he drove it around for us to look at the vehicle was filthy on the inside and the engine light was on. So, I ask can I see the original car per the advertisement. Well, they could not even find the vehicle for me to look at. Needless to say, I was very disappointed because the salesperson was not prepared and the manager that attempted to assist was not any better. The only thing they offer for my trouble was to fill up my gas tank, which was already 3/4 full. I have been buying cars for almost 35 years and have never dealt with a brand name dealership that was so misleading and did not know the first thing about customer service. Needless to say, no car was purchased and it was a complete waste of time. If minus stars exist I would give them -5 stars.

Long story short, SHADY dealership. Told us we were approved that morning over the phone for 17.99%. We get there to sign paperwork, go back with the finance guy, and he tells us that we were approved from bank A for 17.99 for 72 months, but if we go with bank B, our interest rate would be 14.99, with a slightly higher monthly payment, for 60 months. Bank B also comes with gap insurance, blah blah blah. He’s pushing bank B HARD. “They’re a great bank, you can even get credit cards.” We tell him no THREE times. He leaves the room (to go lock the rate). Our uncle comes in and asks what’s going on and we tell him about the two options. He immediately calls his friend who also used to work in car financing and he tells us that what this guy is doing is ILLEGAL. Our uncle approached the manger on duty and demanded to know what our interest rate through Bank B was... 13.46%. Crazy. Incredibly DISCRIMINATORY practices. Granted, our credit is far from great, but these people are taking advantage of minorities with poor credit.

I always have gotten great service in the past at the dealership, but this time not as much. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am and never received a call from my service advisor all day. I called him at 3pm left voice message and 1.5 hours later I called again as my call was not returned, still no response. So I called the dealership directly and asked someone else to check on my vehicle and was told my vehicle was ready and we could pick it up. After that my service advisor called. Ended up picking vehicle up during 5 pm hour. The repairs made were awesome, no complaints there. Service offered to wash my car after I was there to pick it up, but I passed as I did not want to wait for a car wash. The service advisor helped me cleaned out tree leaves that were left under the hood before I picked it up. Repairs was great - Communication was just not the best this time.

Both our Honda?s needed oil changes. I checked all the local Honda dealers websites for service specials. AutoNation Honda of Lewisville had the best special. Even better than the oil change outfits. Prefer to do my maintenance with Honda shops as they then have the complete history when it comes time to trade, sell or a warranty claim. Our service advisor Josh was great and they got us out quickly.

Overall a very efficient, clean dealership with friendly and helpful staff. Most dealerships wash your car after servicing it but I had to ask. They said they didn't do it because they were short-staffed due to COVID-19 but there was only 1 other customer there. They had the porter run my car through the wash and he brought it to the bay within several minutes but left it for me soaking wet. Fortunately I always have towels in my car so I dried it off myself before driving off.

Smoith overall even though xame in with a bank draft it took over an hour to see a manager to donthe paperwork. Finally walking out tonthe car the salesman only gave me one fob and said sorry but it is used. I asked for the dealership to order another one as all cars come with 2.

I have had my Hondas serviced at several dealerships in several states. None can compare to Bert Koons Honda in Shreveport, Louisiana. AutoNation in Lewisville, Texas, provides adequate customer service. The staff is cordial. Even though I have to schedule an appointment for service, the service advisors are not prepared for my arrival. I have to go inside to let them know I am there for an appointment. They seem disinterested. I am told to wait outside by my vehicle. I presume this is how management trains them to treat customers. I would like to commend the maid for her attentive service. The TV in the waiting area went off the air. The maid found the remote control and gave it to me so that I could resume watching TV. I did not even have to ask her. I was very impressed by her gesture.

I can honestly say I didn't have the greatest first impression. They said the car (used) I was going to look at was going to get detailed and be ready for me to drive upon my visit. It was quite dirty and had a dead battery. Upon agreement on a second visit, the car was impeccable, had new tires, new battery, and new brakes. Salesmen were nice, slightly pushy, but that's generally expected. My car has been a blast to drive and a second opinion said my car was in excellent condition. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

Not a good experience with this dealership. We purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata 1 month ago. From the time we signed papers it took them 1 week to present the car... saying they were doing safety checks and detailing. When we took delivery within a week found several things that were not addressed in the "safety checks"... Head light out, horn did not work and alarm would randomly go off (items that would not pass a state inspection). When we called the dealership to get help we found ourselves in an automated phone loop and could not get to a live person. Since we could get help from AutoNation Honda we took our business to Eckert Hyundai in Denton to fix the issues. Fantastic experience there.

Update: I finally got the refund from the warranty, but still nobody ever called or emailed me. Zero communication, really weird. Do not buy their Autonation warranty!! I sold the car back in April (not to them) and have been trying since early May to get a warranty refund. Nobody will return emails, give answers or updates. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy a warranty from someone else!

Came in for routine oil change and safety inspection. Was told needed new windshield wiper blades but that they did not have an adapter for the blade and could not find one. The car was not washed or vacuumed out as is normal after service.

We had taken our 2018 Honda CRV to Ed Voyles Honda in Atlanta for service and they claimed that there was a leak in our windshield wiper fluid reservoir and also gave us a quote to fix even though our Honda is under warranty. Upon returning in Dallas, we took our car to Autonation Honda at Lewisville and they quickly determined it was a loose setting and clamped it down and also filled the tank. All complimentary. Very satisfied. Will take my car there for future service.

Traded in 2006 Honda Element....they said it will go to auction. They gave me 2,500... next day it was in the used car lot for over 7,000. The whole experience was horrible. I have bought 4 cars from them, which I guess didn't matter while buying a 5th car... never going back. They lost a long time customer.

I don’t know where to begin in terms of my experience at AutoNation. I drove two hours for a car I found online. When I arrived, the salesman was polite in the beginning. After looking at the car and going inside to discuss the finances; his attitude completely changed. We were negotiating on a price and I gave him my bottom line offer, which was $13500. His response was that the price is non negotiable and then humiliated me by telling me that “you can’t afford to pay $1500 more”. What’s worse is that his manager pulled the same stunt and insulted me and my family by telling us “You can buy $1100 phones but you can’t afford to pay $1500 more for this car?” This dealership or car lot, whichever it is is the most backward place I’ve been to. Honestly, you should offer a remediation course for your employees on how to be polite to customers. AutoNation is by far the worst place to purchase a car. The employee name was Isaiah and the managers name was Kenneth. You’ve already lost my business but I recommend that you should discipline your employees to prevent losing customers in the future. -Shamim

Overall experience was ok. Our salesman Benson was good to work with. His manager Taylor Douglas was also good to work with. The.deal was easy to work out. However beware the Finance office. We had our financing pre approved by our credit union. They wanted our basic credit info. Which was ok but then can the sales pitch on the Gap insurance and extended warranty. We said no and the finance guy disappeared for sone time and his manager came in for the pressure. He was told NO! He left and after a time the original guy came in. Again we said NO! Finally he got the message. And what could have been an hour at most got finished in about 2 hours. We told everyone that we had to be out by a certain time but we had to spend twice as long messing around in the finance office. So much for pre arranged financing. I don’t know why dealing with Honda dealers is such a pain. We bought a CRV in 2006 and the same dance had to be done. The pressure to buy what you already know you don’t need or want almost ruined an otherwise good experience.
